A necessidade de remodelação, paredes riscadas, armários do wc com gavetas partidas. Limpeza fraca.

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

"Дуже гарно що була машина для прання. В таку жару декілька разів прали одяг. Балкон в тихий двір те що треба. Вход по коду теж супер що не треба одні ключі ділити на двох. Якщоб ще можна було використовувати підземний паркінг за окрему плату булоб супер. А так невелика квартира зі всім що було треба. Можна ще раз відвідати. Парковка загальна біля дому,"

В останій день відкрили шафу зі стаканами, і були розбиті склянки,а це каже про те що ніхто іх не мив. Або прибиральниця розбила і залишила щоб списати з відпочіваючіх. Золог повернули нічого не списували бо синули фото як знайшли розбиті стакани. Не хватало шампуня та мила. Хитався унітаз.

"Perfectly located on Glasgow's West End in walking distance to the city centre, the University of Glasgow and Kelvingrove Park just around the corner. Argyle Street and Sauchiehall Street, both just minutes away, with their many choices for food and drinks, are great for both lunch and dinner. The flat was in a quiet neighbourhood, and we enjoyed our stay so much."

"O apartamento é simples, porém entrega o que foi prometido. A limpeza foi feita todos os dias, inclusive trocando as toalhas e arrumação dos itens de cozinha. O café da manhã é deixado na geladeira no dia anterior. Para quem vai fazer os passeios, principalmente os de neve onde a saída é bem cedo, esse esquema do café vem bem a calhar. O ponto alto é a localização: perfeita para quem quer ficar próximas de restaurantes de Las Condes, Costanera Center e região do MUT. Voltaria e recomendo."

Não tenho nada a reclamar, porém fica a sugestão de tentar mudar o café da manhã, ficamos 1 semana e todos os dias eram praticamente as mesmas coisas.

"A tastefully furnished hotel with very kind and friendly owners who do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible, even in challenging conditions. The restaurant is beautifully designed and very welcoming. The room is simple but has everything you need. Good location, close to Volo Volo!"

"We had a very comfortable and quiet 2 week stay in the Sunset Room. The entire cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept by Demi. We had everything we needed to cook at home but also enjoyed many meals out at local restaurants. Our morning coffee on the balcony before our daily walks on Shoal Bay beach (5 min drive away) were a great way to start each day. Use of the laundry facilities was much appreciated. Hot shower, quality towels, linens and bath products. Demi was very helpful with recommendations. The location was great as we had a car to explore the island. Nothing in Anguilla is far. We loved everything about the island and would highly recommend any of the rooms at The Hidden Cottage."

The adress was a little bit complicated because the entrance is in the inner part of the block.

"Tudo é perfeito. Localização excelente em Boat Quay, proximo a muitos restaurantes, shoppings, transporte. Quarto bem limpo, silencioso e confortável. Cama muito boa. Super recomendável para longas estadias. E ainda tem um staff muito atencioso e responsivo."

Quando paguei as casas, esperava ter o lado da vista ao mar. Não tinha noção que existia o lado traseiro. Um dos aspectos que me conveceu a fechar foi mesmo a vista

"Da localização e da vista das montanhas ao redor! Da tranquilidade e da privacidade. Proximidade do centro de Queenstown e do lago. Do bom tamanho do apartamento e conforto geral. Piscina e sauna. Garagem individual. Simpatia na receção e late check out da garagem. Lareira com lenha disponível e casa bem aquecida, em geral."

Um pormenor: mau odor constante no piso da sala, talvez canalização.

"Apartamento totalmente remodelado, tem uma óptima localização mesmo perto da praia. A cozinha está bem equipada. A chave tem que se ir buscar ao café “Amadeu” onde o Sr. que nos recebeu foi bastante simpático e atencioso."

"Excellent no complains great value for the price the nightly rates do not do justice to te quality clean spacious room full size kitchen and bathroom. If you are traveling on a budget I highly recommend this place. I'll be staying there next time. Very quiet also. AC also available and good quality WIFI."

Чох сагол Сизге (надеюсь написал правильно) У нас был очень поздний прилёт (в 01:15) к квартире подъехали ближе к 3 часам ночи, но несмотря на позднее время, нас встретили с радушием, заселили, все показали, все разъяснили, ответили на все наши вопросы про Баку)) В квартире есть все что нужно. Полностью оборудованная кухня (вплоть до чистящих средств). Ванная комната также наполнена всеми гигиеническими средствами! Утюг, фен, расческа, все все что нужно... Это было очень приятно, но самое приятное - это ЗАБОТУ, которую мы чувствовали ежедневно! А, кстати, пахлава к чаю - була на вкуснейшая!))) Рекомендую всем! Поверьте, Вы больше не будите искать другое жилье в этом прекрасном городе! Хозяйке - здоровья, счастья, и настроения оставаться такой же по отношению к своим гостям!"

Слишком мало дней получилось побыть в Баку))

"The property was perfect for our family - it allowed us to eat at the apartment whilst also being able to go out. The kids loved the pool! The property is in a perfect location and yet very quiet"

The microwave did not work! Fortunately we did not really need it but on the one occasion we wanted to use it, it did not work. We reported it so it can be resolved. Also, we had a tea towel for a day or so but then it kept disappearing. Not easy to dry plates etc when there is no tea towel

"The host and hostess were very kind and helped us check in almost close to midnight. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were simple and clean."

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.

"Comfortable and very clean cottage, set in beautiful tropical gardens in a very quiet location around 5 minutes from downtown. Easy to hire a car at a reasonable rate from the hosts. Great pick up and drop off. Very nice pool."

The bathroom is tiny and the shower fitting is loose with limited water flow. But these things did not detract from a great stay.
