That Booking.com is proposing a property which is not available before April 2026. By doing so, I could have ended up on the island of Bequia on a Sunday night with nowhere to sleep.

"Spacious, big, bright, comfortable, close to city center, plenty of restaurants and shops around. Very lively area which matched my expectations"

Apartment is very nice but it’s located in an ugly staircase which isn’t the owner fault though of course

"A casa é centenária e tudo foi pintado em tons de azul no interior e decorado a condizer, está entre o vintage e o moderno. É muito bonita por fora e por dentro é uma gracinha. Espaço exterior grande e agradável. Lugar para o carro no interior."

As maçanetas das portas estão todas a cair, a kitchenette não está a condizer com o resto da decoração, é muito básica. Alguns arranjos e reparos necessitam de ser feitos, embora perceba porque é uma casa muito antiga e não é fácil manter a traça e fazer grandes obras. Nós só estivemos uma noite e serviu perfeitamente.

Very minor but would be nice to have hot water from the tap in the sink to wash dishes. We could get hot water from the shower or put the kettle on to do dishes with.

"We liked everything! This can not be described by words. One must come and see the exceptionally beautiful nature of Mariovo, this village Zovich and the nearby village Staravina. The accomodation offered everything we needed, the host Mitko, his wife and mother were very friendly and helpful, they make extraordinary food in their restaurant, all fresh and of high quality. We will be back again!"

We really can not think of anything we did not like.

"Close 5 min drive to beautiful beach and a nice restaurant. Nice drive from main road and calm area. Large rooms and good setup"

No good option to walk to beach as main road is busy and no bike lane. Small windows don’t let one feel/see the nice area/surrounding.

"The name "Cozy" suites was choosen well because its veeery cozy there, like a second home. We slept there for more than 3 weeks and it was the best accomondation we had in the philippines. The price is also unbeatable for what you get. Also a very nice area close to the mountains if you dont like big citys. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back the next time we visit negros."

The Wifi didnt worked sometimes but thats no problem with a tourist sim card

Espaço poderia ser um pouco maior, mas é mais de que suficiente para quem fica apenas algumas horas.

Steep, winding road up from town. Car access only, almost impossible to walk.

"Getting keys from the wall safe was easy. The place itself was lovely and quiet. Comfortable beds. Good heating. Nice small kitchen. Two bathrooms, one en-suite. Cosy living room. Good range of channels on the TV. Plus you are only a 10 minute walk from the Minster and old town, and only 20 minutes walk from the train station."

Going home. Can't think of anything.

"What a great surprise this find is, staying with a local community and eating the traditional food ,only 25mins walk to a private beach and 10min walk to the ash fields . Here the rumble of the mountain like its a distant thunder storm. The kids will show you around with great enthusiasm. And all being close to the volcano and hot springs and the hosts will arrange any other activities and transports needed , This is the real deal don't miss out . Ps look after Max well we will return ."
