"The apartment was spacious, clean and bright, the host Kim was friendly, warm and very inviting."

There was no local stores near by, it can look a little remote especially at night.

He really takes care of his guests in every way and makes sure, you‘re always taken good care of. I can also recommend this place as very safe for solo female travelers. The kitchen could use a microwave oven The curtains in the bedrooms should be washed.. they smelled musty please provide English instructions on how to use the laundry machine

"The name "Cozy" suites was choosen well because its veeery cozy there, like a second home. We slept there for more than 3 weeks and it was the best accomondation we had in the philippines. The price is also unbeatable for what you get. Also a very nice area close to the mountains if you dont like big citys. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back the next time we visit negros."

The Wifi didnt worked sometimes but thats no problem with a tourist sim card

"A casa é centenária e tudo foi pintado em tons de azul no interior e decorado a condizer, está entre o vintage e o moderno. É muito bonita por fora e por dentro é uma gracinha. Espaço exterior grande e agradável. Lugar para o carro no interior."

As maçanetas das portas estão todas a cair, a kitchenette não está a condizer com o resto da decoração, é muito básica. Alguns arranjos e reparos necessitam de ser feitos, embora perceba porque é uma casa muito antiga e não é fácil manter a traça e fazer grandes obras. Nós só estivemos uma noite e serviu perfeitamente.

Espaço poderia ser um pouco maior, mas é mais de que suficiente para quem fica apenas algumas horas.

"Facility was extremely nice, high ceilings with crown molding made it feel bigger than it actually was. Decor was very nice, and there were amenities aplenty. Huge balcony facing the Gulf. It felt like we were staying in our own ready-made home, complete with old Bible with plenty of notes :-)"

Refrigerator was very nice and modern, but the ice machine put out ice with mold on it. We checked the ice tray itself, and the ice was fine, so guessing the dispenser was to blame. The jacuzzi jets, as well, blew out particles of mold, some significant, when engaged. We did not see this in the tub until after the water had been drained. We did not let these factors detract from the overall experience, but, but mold is a pretty major thing that we'd suggest checking more often. Be aware that the check-in instructions you get from your booking agency may not reflect actual conditions/requirements, but this is not a problem with the host.

There is only one power socket in the sleeping room, and it does not work (well) as the holes are too loose to uphold any charging device. A multi-socket cable connected to a repaired socket would be appreciated. In the kitchenette, there is some coffee and tea provided, much appreciated. Oddly, there is no sugar but salt. Sugar would be more useful than salt.

"Great secure location, cheap taxi into town, host were very helpful via WhatsApp about how to find the property etc. Great to have a washing machine too. WiFi worked well and they offer Netflix"
