"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

Nothing in particular. The hotel is a bit old and dated, but everything worked fine.

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

"Hotel tranquilo e muito familiar com staff simpático e eficiente sempre preocupado com o cliente. Fica numa pequena localidade a 10 minutos de Vaduz facilmente acessível de carro ou de autocarro e com trilhos de caminhada relativamente perto. Muito bom pequeno almoço servido numa sala com vistas fantásticas para as montanhas circundantes. Sem dúvida que valeu a experiência pela relação qualidade preço."

O quarto já precisava da renovação de alguns equipamentos apesar de continuar a ser confortável e acolhedor.

"Ibis is many times so and so in Europe, but this one was a positive surprise! The very friendly staff and kitchen made a late dinner even we arrived at the closing time of the restaurant! Rooms 'Ibistiny' but clean and good beds!"

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

The pool was often closed to guests

"Apparently we got upgraded which was great, very large executive 1 bedroom. Ocean View was nice, pool area on roof was great. Quiet"

Only issue was the shower, hot and cold temp faulty, water pressure poor.

Couldn't stay longer

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

A piscina é péssima com a agravante de que mesmo ao lado é a oficina, onde usam tintas e outros químicos para reparações e afins do hotel, é insuportável com os cheiros aos químicos estar na piscina, ainda reclamei na recepção mas de nada valeu.

"O hotel é muito bom, tem uma ótima estrutura. O staffé muito receptivo e são todos muito simpáticos. Os quartos são bem grandes e o banheiro é bem bom também, conta com shampoo, condicionador e sabonetes ótimos! A comida do hotel também é um ponto alto, tudo muito gostoso. O café da manhã é bem completo."

Não existem roupões para uso da piscina que fica no andar -2, isso nos impediu de utilizar, uma vez que não queriamos andar em trajes de banho pelo hotel. A pessoa que limpava o quarto cada dia deixava uma quantidade diferente de toalhas, começamos com 4 toalhas de corpo, um tapete e uma de rosto. E tiveram dias sem tapete e toalha de rosto, dias com apenas 1 toalha de corpo e nada mais.

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

O hotel é composto de 3 prédios, perto um do outro. Fiquei hospedada com meu marido em um quarto e minha filha, que chegou depois e ficou em um quarto single, ficou em outro prédio. Não chegou a ser um problema, mas é bom saber com antecedência.

Não tinha Wi-Fi no quarto, apesar de me ter queixado e me terem dito que iriam resolver. Sempre que saía e regressava ao quarto, estava gelado pois o ar condicionado ligava automaticamente.

The room was small

"Walking distance / Near to the Taman Marzuki theather. Plenty of food nearby too."

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

"Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel. Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights! The staff were more than helpful! Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class. We had dinner and it was worth trying!"

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"The shuttle bus from the airport was on site when we arrived and very comfortable after the plane ride. Check in was quick and the staff was amazing. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable."

A distância do estacionamento ao quarto é efectuada a céu aberto. Num dia chuvoso, a deslocação não é confortável.
