"Хотелось бы через Вас поблагодарить хозяйку квартиры, в которой мы провели прекрасные четыре дня! Спасибо Вам за заботу с первой минуты, как зарезервировали Вашу квартиру! Чох сагол Сизге (надеюсь написал правильно) У нас был очень поздний прилёт (в 01:15) к квартире подъехали ближе к 3 часам ночи, но несмотря на позднее время, нас встретили с радушием, заселили, все показали, все разъяснили, ответили на все наши вопросы про Баку)) В квартире есть все что нужно. Полностью оборудованная кухня (вплоть до чистящих средств). Ванная комната также наполнена всеми гигиеническими средствами! Утюг, фен, расческа, все все что нужно... Это было очень приятно, но самое приятное - это ЗАБОТУ, которую мы чувствовали ежедневно! А, кстати, пахлава к чаю - була на вкуснейшая!))) Рекомендую всем! Поверьте, Вы больше не будите искать другое жилье в этом прекрасном городе! Хозяйке - здоровья, счастья, и настроения оставаться такой же по отношению к своим гостям!"

Слишком мало дней получилось побыть в Баку))

"O café da anhanguera é muito bom, tudo muito limpo, bonito e organizado, perfeita localização, 15 min a pé do sitio arqueológico da agora de Esmirnado, centro e do mar 20 min. A pé"

A descarga do banheiro estava com problema. Pedimos para concertar , mas não consertaram.

"The room was spotlessly clean and tidy. Help was always offered whenever needed."

"Off the beaten track, comfortable, quiet and yes the view is directly out to sea. Not though that if you diving from KimSha beach area allow double the time Google maps says to get there. Traffic can be very slow."

The road condition to the Apartment

"Private, great view and very comfortable. I stayed an extra night because it was so nice."

A bit of coordination initially to get to the property due to the road, but the owner was wonderful at making it easy, and other taxis had no problem getting there after my initial attempt.

The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

"The house is spacious and very clean, with everything you need provided. The location is great close to Nanae Snowpark and Onuma National Park. It’s peaceful, surrounded by snow, and truly magical. The host, Kaiki, is very friendly and kind. I hope to come back again someday."

No serviço de troca de toalhas, apenas trocaram as de banho e nem recolheram as usadas, o que gerou um acomular de toalhas. No dia do check-out, sendo às 11h a hora limite, às 10h30 já estavam a bater à portra a pedir para sair.

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

"O apartamento era muito funcional, confortável e super limpo. Está equipado com o necessário para pequenas refeições e está situado numa vila muito pitoresca com o cenário idílico das montanhas. A paragem de autocarro fica a 2min a pé e em 10min estamos em Vaduz. Existe também um pequeno supermercado ao pé da paragem de autocarro."

All the facilities are included e.g a cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave etc It was a home from home apartment which was to my liking and style. The host Marcia is excellent and extremely helpful. I would describe her as a problem solver and very knowledgeable. Including Yolanda who does the day to day Management of the accommodation . She is always helpful and very friendly no matter how busy her day is . I have recently extended my stay for a further 18 days as I am very happy staying here whilst visiting friends and overseeing some renovation work on my own property."

Due to the fact that we are on a main Road there is ongoing traffic and the noise can sometimes be a bit loud from the music boxes the cars and taxi drivers have in their vehicles. There is no noise control on vehicles in Guyana. However, after a time you get use to it.

Lighting in hallways/landing could be better.

Garagem individual. Simpatia na receção e late check out da garagem. Lareira com lenha disponível e casa bem aquecida, em geral."

Um pormenor: mau odor constante no piso da sala, talvez canalização.

"The property was charming, obviously an example of a typical village dwelling. It was very convenient to have a laundry on the premises that we could use as necessary."

"The apartment was really nice and spacious with lots of windows. There is everything you need in the apartment and the layout is really nice for couples on vacation. There was no coffee maker but we got by with a dry coffee and hot water which was already available. Wish I could say that the location was perfect because in a way it is, short distance from downtown harbor and popular places, but the surrounding establishment was at fault (see below)."

I wish I could say that the stay was faultless but it wasn't. Not the apartment but the surroundings. The opposite building hosts some kind of youth center for boys and every night there were load noises. The first couple of nights we managed to get some sleep but then we had to call the police because boys were fighting and screaming constantly. One night they were throwing snowballs in the windows that were open. We were so surprised that this was happening because of all the reviews on the site it sounded perfect and no noise complaints.

The room was a little small with not enough room to move around --

"Comfortable and very clean cottage, set in beautiful tropical gardens in a very quiet location around 5 minutes from downtown. Easy to hire a car at a reasonable rate from the hosts. Great pick up and drop off. Very nice pool."

The bathroom is tiny and the shower fitting is loose with limited water flow. But these things did not detract from a great stay.

Quando paguei as casas, esperava ter o lado da vista ao mar. Não tinha noção que existia o lado traseiro. Um dos aspectos que me conveceu a fechar foi mesmo a vista

"Beautiful, scenic and quiet, right on the shores of the lake. Food was lovely and the staff were warm and welcoming."

The only downside was the lack of basic hygiene items like towels and soap. Overall, a great place to stay!

Quando paguei as casas, esperava ter o lado da vista ao mar. Não tinha noção que existia o lado traseiro. Um dos aspectos que me conveceu a fechar foi mesmo a vista

"L'accueil chaleureux, la piscine et le logement bien agencé. globalement c'était très bien."

Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.

"The best location, I enjoy every moment I did really feel like I was at home. The owner don't humbug at you at all you don't even know is around. We had a Wi-Fi outage and he a sent digi 3 day plan to all his Tenants.."
