"I loved the resort, everyone is nice, food was good and good service, room was cleaned daily, had a one bedroom and it was spacious and comfortable. Pool were beautiful. Location was ok, shuttle to beaches which is a great touch, 25 min to palm downtown or 13$ cab. Safe! Would return"

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

"Excellent no complains great value for the price the nightly rates do not do justice to te quality clean spacious room full size kitchen and bathroom. If you are traveling on a budget I highly recommend this place. I'll be staying there next time. Very quiet also. AC also available and good quality WIFI."

"O apartamento é simples, porém entrega o que foi prometido. A limpeza foi feita todos os dias, inclusive trocando as toalhas e arrumação dos itens de cozinha. O café da manhã é deixado na geladeira no dia anterior. Para quem vai fazer os passeios, principalmente os de neve onde a saída é bem cedo, esse esquema do café vem bem a calhar. O ponto alto é a localização: perfeita para quem quer ficar próximas de restaurantes de Las Condes, Costanera Center e região do MUT. Voltaria e recomendo."

Não tenho nada a reclamar, porém fica a sugestão de tentar mudar o café da manhã, ficamos 1 semana e todos os dias eram praticamente as mesmas coisas.
