"Villa Fleur de Lys is a great sized villa, right on the beach, with a swimming pool and has excellent amenities. The rooms are large, with comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms. There is a kid's games room and an entertainment centre with a gym, foosball table, ping pong table and pool table. The included breakfast is big enough and the restaurant provided large portion sizes. The beach is okay for swimming, but aqua shoes are recommended as there are rocks."

The water pressure is too slow and the road to go the house is a bit bad road.

This was a good bed and breakfast stay for us, only thing I didn’t like was the price but that’s nothing to do with the property it’s just a netherlands standard thing which is around 200 per night

It would have been nice to be a little closer to the beach. It was a short drive, but a long walk.

"Das Haus liegt wunderschön abgelegen mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick vom Pool aufs Meer und die davorliegenden Hügel. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Für Freizeitspaß steht eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Krökeltisch zur Verfügung. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!"

Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, wir empfehlen einen Automatikwagen, den man auf Martinique unserer Meinung nach aber sowieso mieten sollte. Das WLAN funktioniert leider nicht in allen Räumen, vielleicht könnte hier ein Repeater installiert werden.

Para o melhor, mas também para o pior, Port Glaud é um dos locais mais remotos da ilha de Mahé. Há que fazer um trajecto de mais de 30 minutos por uma estrada sinuosa que sobe e desce a montanha a partir de Victória. O acesso ao mar é fácil, mas não há um grande número de praias banháveis em redor, ou que sejam de fácil acesso. As que há têm o acesso condicionado pelos resorts maiores, ou estão, em grande parte, ocupadas pelas espreguiçadeiras destes. A excepção é a praia de Port Launay, maravilhosa e suficientemente ampla e acessível para comportar a presença de todos os outros que não apenas os hóspedes do resort. É reduzida a oferta de restaurantes (o Delplace é excelente) e os dos resorts não estão, por regra, abertos ao público. Da casa, os únicos pontos negativos a registar será a falta de alguns utensilios de cozinha (não essenciais, mas que seria agradável ter, como um espremedor de citrinos, por exemplo, ou uma tesoura que cortasse) e a iluminação, de luzes muito brancas (todas elas, até no quarto), mal posicionadas e mesmo "agressivas" (como no caso da cozinha). Trata-se, no entanto, e pelo que pudemos constatar, de uma constante na ilha. O acesso à internet também é pouco fiável, mas não por qualquer deficiência na infraestrutura da casa.

The facilities in the rooms need updating. The breakfast could offer more choices. After the 4th day ,it would be nice to have a change. There was limited seating in the shade for breakfast.

"The house was spacious (can park approximately 6 cars), clean and equipped with all necessities. All furniture were new. Also, the host was so thoughtful to provide cooking ingredients including rice, eggs, sardines, shallots and chillies just in case we're hungry at night or for the sahur. My husband said we should rate this stay 12/10 :D Thank you Mr. Tajarazhar."

There was nothing that I didn't like. It was beyond my expectation. Perhaps, it would have been better if the host utilizes some space for a mini pool (for those with kids) or put indoor game facilities. But as for me and my teen children, it was great already.

"Very helpful manager Mr. Bikram Lama. He helped out a lot. the evening fireplace is wonderful to keep warm. Breakfast is made-to-order and hence decent. Once you are in the property, it's a great feeling just next to the runway!!"

Location is confusing as one has to walk quite a bit from Lukla Airport. They should coordinate a porter with arriving guests. It's very cold there and room heaters must be provided for the night. Also, 24 hour hot water supply must be provided
