"Gostámos muito do espaço natureza envolvente. Presumo que com melhor tempo se possa ainda usufruir melhor do espaço."

Pouca luminosidade no apartamento, acho mesmo que a exposição do quarto vs sala devia estar invertida...devido á vista.. Candeeiros com pouca luz, cozinha deficiente com poucos utensílios. O microondas funciona por intuição, deviam colocar informação sobre utilização... Aquecimento de águas favorecendo o desperdício da mesma pois demora demasiado a aquecer. Obrigada.

There are no mosquito nets. When you don’t like using AC it could be a problem.

"Lovely place.. super modern, well designed, mod cons, all new, spotlessly clean detached home in the peaceful and bougie suburbs of the city.. Very comfortable, with great natural light. Lots of great modern facilties for eg the warm air in the bathroom. The process was seamless and experience was faultless. The pictures are a true and fair representation."

This place is fantastic, so reluctant to put neg things here! The following tweaks would have made it perfect! A well placed (thicker) hedge at the front could provide more privacy for the small patio area which sits at front of the house (roadside). Shops and restaurants nearby. The facilities are really modern so was surprised no dimmer switch on lights. A lamp could help with soft lighting. More translated material for non Japanese. English in my case.

"The location is great. We have very good privacy and there is a nice view to the lake. The reception lady was great and they answered to our requests very fast."

Weak wifi, not enough napkins, toilet paper. No soup liquid in the toilets. Other than that we were really satisfied.

"Train station is 5 minute walk from the villa, handy to travel the local area. Shops and restaurants are plentiful within 15 minute walk. Local beach within 10 minutes walk. Bike hire available from a 10 minute walk from the villa, with an excellent bike route around Balaton."

Train track runs close to the rear of the property, so can be noisy as they pass

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)

The location is a bit out of the way. Only one shop was nearby. So if you rent, it’s better to have your own means of transportation.

"The villa was stunning and really well laid out and there was so much space, you could have family time but alone time too. The conversion and history was amazing along with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. The kids loved the pool with the different lights and jacuzzi and they had great fun. Also had beach towels which was a plus. There was a full sized table tennis table which was also good fun. Location was really good and situated in a beautiful place. Shops were extremely close and it also had advantage of it being open 24 hours a day. They had bbq facilities as well however due to the weather we never got a chance to use this. The owner even bought and delivered us a birthday cake for someone in our party which was delicious."

W środku czysto, bardzo dobrze wyposażony – niczego nam nie brakowało. Cisza, spokój i pełen komfort sprawiły, że mogliśmy naprawdę odpocząć. Świetna lokalizacja i warunki zarówno dla dorosłych, jak i dzieci. Zdecydowanie polecam – na pewno tu wrócimy!"

Just the garbage in the garden, but nothing to really complain about!

"The villa size and the owner was very kind to send us to train station when we left. We all love the villa of our 4 nights stay."

It will be better if it can have a washing machine in the villa. Although the self-service laundry is not far from the villa, we need to carry many clothes out and back.

"Gostei da estadia, a disposição da casa, faltou alguns utensílios de cozinha mas foram cedidos logo que pedidos, a limpeza é feita pelo pessoal mas precisa de um pouco mais de atenção, a chaleira eléctrica por exemplo estava muito suja, a porta de correr nao abria porque o corredor tinha sujidade, pequenos detalhes que podem ser reparados sem muito esforço, no geral estivemos muito bem, o pessoal muito atencioso e amável. Recomendo"

Uma pequena parte da limpesa mas como disse antes nada que nao possa ser reparado e ultrapassado. Tirando isso amei tudo

"Meget venlige værter, der tilbød at hente mig ved færgen og accepterede sen udtjekning. Belligenheden er helt perfekt ud til kysten, hvor man ser isbjerge drive stille forbi. Ikke sidste gang jeg har været her."

Det har ikke så meget med overnatningsstedet at gøre, men hvis man tager til øen i efteråret (jeg var der i oktober) er der ingen steder at gå ud, da alt er lukket. Det skal man huske da det bliver tidligt mørket og solen står sent op.

Negeras, nemalonus kvapas name, net vėdinant patalpas, kvapas i šlieka. Seni baldai, nepatogus palipimas į miegamuosius, ypač su mažu vaiku labai pavojinga.
