Villas no Belize

"The house has all the amenities one could want. It is in a really calm, safe area, with nearby grocery store, boulangerie. The view from the terrace is amazing, the infinity pool is a nice place to drink some beers or just float. I also enjoyed the running in the area in the direction of the dump site (I know, but the rising sun is just amazing). Valerie and Sarah were really nice and welcoming hosts."

Having to leave it.

"Sehr großes Grundstück mit Sauna, Whirlpool, Pool, große Wiese, Gemeinschaftsraum draußen mit einem Kühlschrank. Sehr großes Gebäude mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, Billardtisch, Tischfußball. Ruhige Umgebung und alles ist eingezäunt. Nette Gastgeberin."

Beleuchtung draußen ist etwas wenig.

"Riittävästi tilaa kahdeksalle henkilölle. Hyvä palvelu. Auttavainen ja osaava autonkuljettaja, joka myös opasti kaikessa."

Wifi olisi saanut toimia myös kahdessa ylemmässä kerroksessa.

The bathroom and rooms are to far apart

"O alojamento era fantástico! Espaçoso, limpo e tinha TUDO o que era necessário! Uma especial ressalva para a casa de banho que era super completa e com banheira. Outra ressalva para o facto de ter máquina de lavar e secar roupa. Tudo fantástico!"

A única coisa que poderia ser melhorada é a cama de casal de um dos quartos que não é nada confortável. Pois o colchão parece maior que a cama em si e tive alguma dificuldade em dormir por esse motivo.

"Stunning views close to the beach. I loved the house it was equipped with a modern kitchen and AC in the living room. The owners were so kind and provided a thorough explanation of the grounds."

"Schönes Haus . Gute Lage. Nicht weit zum Zentrum. Bus um die Ecke. Schlafzimmer und Bäder top. Im EG großes Wohn- und Esszimmer. Alles wie auf den Bildern."

Die Küche hat nur einen kleinen Unterbaukühlschrank. Das ist arg klein. Geschirr, Tassen und Gläser gab es reichlich, aber leider keine Töpfe. (nur eine kleine Pfanne) Da sollte unbedingt mal ein Topf Set angeschafft werden.

"Everything was just beautiful. We had hot weather but it was cool inside and the pool was great. Thé location was close to Normanville for morning swims. We loved the surrounding gardens and eating outside under the grapevines. Everything was good quality and well thought out. It was friendly and relaxing. We loved the personal art and objects collection around the house and the way it was so carefully restored. It was a privilege to be able to stay there with our friends from Sweden who also loved the experience."

There was nothing we didn’t like

"The villa is beautiful and in good condition. Kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils. A well secured property. It is clean and nice"

The location is a bit out of the way. Only one shop was nearby. So if you rent, it’s better to have your own means of transportation.

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)

The walk to restaurants was a little risky as parts had no pavement and some of it is on a busy road. This of course has nothing to do with the property per se but just an observation.

"Gostámos muito do espaço natureza envolvente. Presumo que com melhor tempo se possa ainda usufruir melhor do espaço."

Pouca luminosidade no apartamento, acho mesmo que a exposição do quarto vs sala devia estar invertida...devido á vista.. Candeeiros com pouca luz, cozinha deficiente com poucos utensílios. O microondas funciona por intuição, deviam colocar informação sobre utilização... Aquecimento de águas favorecendo o desperdício da mesma pois demora demasiado a aquecer. Obrigada.

"Felt like a private little complex which also the outside grounds pool etc was kept lovely Even see the odd monkey around the pool which was a bonus!"

Nothing at all as all was perfect and made our time in barbados extra special

"Easy to find and get into. Nice outside area and comfortable bed. We didn't stay very long and got in late, but enjoyed our stay overall."

The ceiling fan didn't work well and it was really hot. The room was like a hotbox. It was a heat wave in the area so not entirely the property's fault but they could do with maintenance on the fan.

"La casa superó con creces nuestras expectativas, estaba muy equipada en todos los aspectos lo que hizo nuestra estancia mucho más fácil. Mantas, toallas,.. todo muy bien organizado en las habitaciones. El sótano muy acogedor para realizar celebraciones o reuniones de amigos."

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

"L’agencement et l’emplacement"

Un seul ventilateur…

"This is beautiful property! Spacious, bright, well equipped and comfortable. Breathtaking views from the terrace. Just few minutes from Ferry by local taxi (EC& 30 in 2025)."

There are no mosquito nets. When you don’t like using AC it could be a problem.

"The great location by the beach and the lovely house with great housekeeping and landscaping staff."

The check in process and receiving the keys could be improved. That process was not clear and we had to wait before a closed door.

"The owner is kind and helpful. When he heard I am landing in TLV at 3AM he did recommend how to reach his place, looked after trains to Beniamina, proposed that in case of absence of taxi from train station he can fetch me. Flexible on check-in and out times. My payment didn’t went by credit card, so I needed to pay cash. Owner said no problem, can wait until I am back from shopping mall."

The part I wasn’t much happy - it’s moskitos,and I think the owner will fix it (cables in the window living small glitch for insects) soon.
