Apesar de o quarto ter sido reservado para 2 pessoas , só estava preparado para uma pessoa Isto aconteceu das 2 vezes que fiquei neste hotel

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"A good option in Kolonia. There isn't too much else. Run by Chinese, and they have a restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner, they can do your laundry, and you can hire an SUV car through them too. The beds were comfy, and the TV could get YouTube. Bottled water provided. The air con worked well too. Walking distance from the airport, but they picked me up and stopped me off. Very kind."

The hotel looks a bit grim and unappealing from outside. Could do with a lick of paint, and cheering up.

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

"Aqui vai o que gostei e o que não gostei. Um hotel simpático, que já viveu melhores dias. Acho um pouco caro. Empregados simpáticos, atenciosos e muito bem educados. A foto que consta no momento da reserva é enganadora. O hotel não tem acesso direto à praia. A praia junto ao hotel tem uma barreira de pedras mas, mesmo o pior é um esgoto a céu aberto que derrama para a areia, polui as águas e é pestilento. O pequeno almoço é variado, pode optar por toma-lo no interior ou nas mesas exteriores. A piscina é boa, mesmo em cima do mar mas, não acessível. Parqueamento grátis, o que é muito bom, pois para visitar a ilha o automóvel dá muito jeito. O cheque out é possível até às 16h, se reservado pelo Booking. Não tenho opinião sobre a comida porque optei por frequentar restaurantes locais. O hotel é bom para turistas que venham em relaxe e talvez teletrabalho. Talvez não tenha sido muito simpático mas, mesmo assim, recomendo este hotel."

É mais fácil descrever o mau em contraponto ao bom.

"Apparently we got upgraded which was great, very large executive 1 bedroom. Ocean View was nice, pool area on roof was great. Quiet"

Only issue was the shower, hot and cold temp faulty, water pressure poor.

Gym wasn't great - much equipment not working

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"La habitación era amplia, el aire funcionaba bien, la cama era muy cómoda. El desayuno básico pero rico. El personal amable."

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"Os quartos estavam bem limpinhos e cheirosos, boa academia para quem gosta de treinar logo pela manhã, e os funcionário foram muito simpáticos e prestativos."

"Everything was good, enjoyed my 4 night stay. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very attentive and helpful! The airport transfer service was a real life saver!"

Nothing in particular. The hotel is a bit old and dated, but everything worked fine.

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

1 - A praia esteve demasiado ventosa e o mar demasiado revolto e turvo; pode ter sido pontual, mas ficámos desapontados face à expectativa. 2 - Não existem elevadores, o que torna a experiência mais difícil para pessoas séniores ou com crianças pequenas.

"The staff were so so friendly & accommodating. They gave us tips & advice for an itinerary, and prepared a complimentary breakfast to take away as we had an early bus in the morning. The location was great and the room was bask cn but tidy. Thank you!"

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.
