"Great location, the Staff were excellent and the Hotel has all the amenities you’d expect."

O serviço supera as nossas melhores expectativas, quer em termos de limpeza dos alojamentos, da atenção a todas as nossas necessidades, do serviço de SPA, etc. Os vários restaurantes disponíveis são de elevadíssima qualidade e o pequeno almoço é incrível. Os alojamentos são muito luxuosos e confortáveis, ginásio é completo, as piscinas são ótimas e as praias de água cristalina e fauna sempre presente, são difíceis de igualar."

"Las piscinas.las tinajas,el lugar muy lindo Aunq sería bueno q cuando uno llegue al hotel le entregarán un folleto q tanto tienes derecho en el hotel y q tanto hay para disfrutar Es muy grande y uno no conoce todo"

La cama se movía se movía mucho y se corría del lugar muy incómodo de verdad El tv nunca funcionó Llamamos a recepción y nunca contestaron Mucha gente en recepción ala hora de la entrada

"Pessoal muito simpático e profissional; Zona calma e com vistas incríveis; Supermercado no recinto; Comida do restaurante boa e variada; Ar condicionado no quarto sem problemas (estivemos numa semana de muito calor e ajudou ao conforto da estadia); Centro de Vrsar a 15min a pé."

Ar condicionado do restaurante devia funcionar melhor (sobretudo ao jantar). Deveriam dividir os hóspedes com ou sem cães em áreas distintas (ex. Cães a ladrar constantemente quando os donos estão ausentes no apartamento ao lado)

"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."

Rooms very expensive but definitely worth a visit

Não tenho nenhuma crítica muito relevante. A única coisa que posso dizer é que quando fui almoçar no restaurante da recepção percebi que fomos os únicos que não ganhamos os paozinhos grátis de entrada. Fora isso foi tudo perfeito!! É caro, mas vale a pena

"Well maintained, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was always well stocked with towels and cleaned. Nicola does a great job by the pool keeping everyone happy with towels, food and drinks. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and the bartender was always smiling and talkative. D Richard’s steakhouse was great - Steak Diane and Filet were both excellent. Sol de Mar had good Mediterranean style food with a relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I ate here on a few occasions- pasta with lobster, veal scallopini both great choices. Close location to a number of off property restaurants that are excellent."

The pads on the loungers are very old, worn thin and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Chef’s Table wasn’t good- we ate only one dinner there and the lobster cake and fish were dried out. The pasta dish with Shrimp had the full shell on the shrimp still making eating very messy. Lobster Fest on the beach was disappointing. The lobster was dried out as it had been sitting under lamps for some time. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to finally get a table after speaking with the manager in charge. Very unorganized.

"No geral gostamos de tudo mesmo, passamos 4 noites, sítio calmo e lindo as crianças divertiram-se imenso e nós também, até mesmo o nosso companheiro de quatro patas aproveitou imenso o jardim enorme do hotel. queremos voltar sem dúvida."

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

"Beautiful room! We got upgraded, which was a really pleasent surprise. Nice pool ♡. Lovely staff. The restaurant average, but not bad. Would've easily stayed longer."

"EVERYTHING!! The room was exceptional. One of the best we’ve stayed in. Everything was oversized and just perfect. Really big room and comfy. The whole venue was perfect. Staff were super helpful and went over and above."

O pequeno almoço poderia ser melhor. As instalações já são um pouco antigas, a precisar de renovação.

"A large resort, with a number of Pools and large beach area, with all sporting amenities. A number of eating options on site and we had two excellent meals at the two signature restaurants in the resort."

All the beach bars closing at least 1 hour prior to sunset.

I couldn't control the temperature of the room. I think the AC wasn't working properly I was a bit hot while sleeping even though the AC was on 16 degrees. Probably because the heaters were on.

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

At that price I expected a ceiling fan ,especially with the high humidity, and a hot shower , even under a black solar bag . And a linen change should have happened, after a few hot and humid nights , the sheets become greasy and unpleasant to sleep on .

Nothing except for high price, but is worth it.

"The location is the best. Easy access when arriving at Lac Rose. Most activities are located right in front of the hotel (horse/camel riding, quad rental to ride in the sand dunes, etc). The hotel is literally on the lake, with the terrasse and dining area built over the water."

Some items on the menu tasted like they were not fresh. The AC in the room was a bit underperforming and noisy. The lock on the glass door going to the balcony was broken and could not be locked.

"PROPERTY WAS GOOD AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. ONLY CONCERN WAS THER VERY LESS OPTION FOR VEGITEARIAN PEOPLE. THEY ONLY PROVIDE BREADS, ONE OR TWO CERALS, FRUITS AND SOME RICE ITEMS, WHICH IS NOT ENOUGH ."

"The kids loved the pool facilities. Miss Tandin and Me Shyam on the desk were particularly helpful. They arranged to meet our needs with a pleasant smile. The room service was excellent and well trained. Thank you all"

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

"A 1 minuto da praia. Simpáticos e prestáveis! Fiquei mais 4 dias sem problema! Bungalow limpo e confortável! Água do duche deveria ter mais pressão!"

Um pouco afastado do 7 eleven! Os supermercados mais perto eram mais caros!

"It is a great place to travel with kids, as everybody have lots of activities to enjoy in the same place, allowing you to have nice family time."
