"To echo comments of others, the chance to stay a night in the historic Sevan Writers' House was wonderful. The views of the lake were super from both the room and restaurant. The gentlemen managing the restaurant and accommodation were polite."

"The room was simple and the bathroom basic but these were as expected. Had the accommodation been thoroughly renovated for the 21st century it would have lost all its charm."

"Quartos com o conforto necessário, a 100 metros do belíssimo Lago Sevan. Limpo e com excelente relação qualidade/preço. Também jantámos bem, a bom preço. Opção recomendável."

"Super happy with the hotel! Spacious and clean, very near to the beach (lake) with very beautiful views! Will stay here if we come to Sevan again!"

"It's located by the highway so you have to make a big uturn if you go to Sevan town and back, but it's not really a problem as beautiful views all the way!"

"Adorei a minha estadia no Art Hotel Sevan! Em termos de localização não consigo dizer muito porque estava de carro e não fomos lá para visitar nenhuma cidade, por isso estávamos ótimos. O pequeno-almoço estava muito bom e com uma vista fantástica sobre o lago. O estacionamento é privado e à porta do hotel, o que é muito prático. A praia privada é muito fixe. Tem uma boa área para nadar e um areal espaçoso para uns bons banhos de sol. Recomendo muito."

"Eu não sei o que pode ter acontecido, mas eu deixei as minhas sapatilhas à porta do quarto para arejarem durante a noite e na manhã seguinte uma das sapatilhas simplesmente desapareceu. Não sei se foi alguém que pegou ( que duvido porque não sei o que é que alguém poderia fazer com só uma sapatilha) ou se foi um cão que levou. Procurei por todo o lado no estabelecimento e nada."
