"We booked the apt on the way there and got to the location in 1hr. The gentleman in-charge managed to get the apt cleaned and ready for us to check in right away. The property is in immaculate condition, under 1 minute to the private beach and the deck. We parked our car right in front of the apt door. Will definitely recommend it."

"The apartment itself is newly refurbished, nicely arranged and quite comfortable. It is situated nearby a small beach, but isolated from the rest of the town. The house is located near the main road, but this was not a problem for us."

"Minor issues: the mattress, the completely synthetic bed linen, the poorly equipped kitchen. Major issue: there was a delay in the check-in because our room was not ready upon arrival. We understand that this may happen, especially during the summer. However, we prefer to be treated honestly and not cheated. We were told by the manager that there will be a 15-minute delay. We realized later that at that moment the previous guests were still in the appartment. The delay was more than 2 hours in the end and we felt tricked. We also felt that the room was not cleaned properly due to the rush. Sorry, but this won't work on long term...."

"The house was luxurious, clean and comfortable. All the necessary things were there. Located right next to Lake Sevan. The restaurant was right next to the accommodation. The accommodation had a private beach and beach chairs. The host helped with all questions."

"- Location in front of the Lake - The "beach" in front of it it's the space with better quality in that area of the lake, less dirty then the surroundings - Clean and spacious apartment - Good water pressure - The people we checked in were very nice and spoke good English - Even the people who didn't speak English made an effort. At dinner, in their restaurant, in a group of 7 that worked there when we went for dinner only one person spoke a little bit of English but we was very helpful, always smiling and ask the rest of the staff if they had we wanted"

"- Unfortunately while we were there there was a problem with water and the staff had to come in our apartment and we had no water for 30m. However initially they said "1h / 2h" and managed to fix it in 30m. I'm not giving any bad point in my review for this, it can happen"
