Apartamentos nas Ilhas Caimão

"O apartamento é simples, porém entrega o que foi prometido. A limpeza foi feita todos os dias, inclusive trocando as toalhas e arrumação dos itens de cozinha. O café da manhã é deixado na geladeira no dia anterior. Para quem vai fazer os passeios, principalmente os de neve onde a saída é bem cedo, esse esquema do café vem bem a calhar. O ponto alto é a localização: perfeita para quem quer ficar próximas de restaurantes de Las Condes, Costanera Center e região do MUT. Voltaria e recomendo."

Não tenho nada a reclamar, porém fica a sugestão de tentar mudar o café da manhã, ficamos 1 semana e todos os dias eram praticamente as mesmas coisas.

"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

"Perfectly located on Glasgow's West End in walking distance to the city centre, the University of Glasgow and Kelvingrove Park just around the corner. Argyle Street and Sauchiehall Street, both just minutes away, with their many choices for food and drinks, are great for both lunch and dinner. The flat was in a quiet neighbourhood, and we enjoyed our stay so much."

I loved everything!

"O apartamento era muito funcional, confortável e super limpo. Está equipado com o necessário para pequenas refeições e está situado numa vila muito pitoresca com o cenário idílico das montanhas. A paragem de autocarro fica a 2min a pé e em 10min estamos em Vaduz. Existe também um pequeno supermercado ao pé da paragem de autocarro."

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

"Great view from the terrace, comfortable queen size bed, quiet area. The kitchen is small but has all equipment. The shower pressure is low bit low. Owners are responding on the spot and live just the house above! Any problem, they respond rapidly."

"L'accueil chaleureux, la piscine et le logement bien agencé. globalement c'était très bien."

Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.

Me sorprendio que haciendo la reserva para dos personas solo incluyera desayuno para uno y si el otro queria tenia que pagarlo. Nunca habia vivido una situacion igual

"The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious and it is so nice to have a serviced apartment. The location is very good, the train and buses are a 5 minute walk and you are surrounded by restaurants and a supermarket closeby and it is a very short walk to views over the harbour. I would highly recommend this hotel."

A very minor thing, the cups are so small for having a tea or coffee!

The lounge/sitting area is too closed in and dark with no entertainment.

The only downside was the lack of basic hygiene items like towels and soap. Overall, a great place to stay!

"Convenient, clean, spacious, basic accom with a kitchen, and good value. Host was responsive to requests and minor issues.It was cool enough at night with just fans."

Some more information about laundry options. Hot water was not working in our unit. So pending repair this was accommodated with option of moving into another apartment or using the bathroom for showers in that one, which was your preference. It would be nice to have some bedside lights.

"Nice small apartments for a short work trip, maybe not the perfect one if you go for holiday but still nice. position is very close to the city center and to the coast. very quiet and very clean."

I used a single room and there were not enough sockets . There were 2 bed side lamps and one didn't have a socket to plug in. I have to put the kettle on the floor. There was an extension wire, where tv,fridge etc were pluged in . Not very professional. More socket points in appropriate places will improve the standards.

The adress was a little bit complicated because the entrance is in the inner part of the block.

"Дуже гарно що була машина для прання. В таку жару декілька разів прали одяг. Балкон в тихий двір те що треба. Вход по коду теж супер що не треба одні ключі ділити на двох. Якщоб ще можна було використовувати підземний паркінг за окрему плату булоб супер. А так невелика квартира зі всім що було треба. Можна ще раз відвідати. Парковка загальна біля дому,"

В останій день відкрили шафу зі стаканами, і були розбиті склянки,а це каже про те що ніхто іх не мив. Або прибиральниця розбила і залишила щоб списати з відпочіваючіх. Золог повернули нічого не списували бо синули фото як знайшли розбиті стакани. Не хватало шампуня та мила. Хитався унітаз.
