"The best location, I enjoy every moment I did really feel like I was at home. The owner don't humbug at you at all you don't even know is around. We had a Wi-Fi outage and he a sent digi 3 day plan to all his Tenants.."

Needed more kitchen utensils

"Off the beaten track, comfortable, quiet and yes the view is directly out to sea. Not though that if you diving from KimSha beach area allow double the time Google maps says to get there. Traffic can be very slow."

Great location in the centre of Plateau but note that the neighbourhood is deserted after sunset and on weekends. Still, I felt safe because of the security guards around important buildings."

Only one functioning elevator. Location and elevator can be difficult to find. Check-in instructions could be more descriptive. There are no signs for the apartment suites on the ground floor. The elevator is on the right passage as you walk inside the building. The reception is on the 14th floor.

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

"Das Appartement hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit Blick auf die Burg von Făgăraș sowie seitlich auf die orthodoxe Kirche. Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"

The hot water supply took a while to get used to but no issues thereafter.

"Decent apartment, location very good, near to beaches and tennis courts, ideal for those with bikes like us especially. Grocery store not far away on site - this one is quite expensive so would advise shopping at Spar or Lidl which are a 12 minute drive away. Soar has a good selection of cooked food so you can buy meals there quite cheaply to save time. Atmosphere on the site is nice, and no problems with noisy guests. 2nd year in a row staying there, hopefully will return again."

The properties never have enough electrical sockets, so bring an extension cable or you’ll have problems charging phones etc.

"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

The lounge/sitting area is too closed in and dark with no entertainment.

A descarga do banheiro estava com problema. Pedimos para concertar , mas não consertaram.

"We were meet by the owner Michel and his staff. All the staff were very accommodating and pleasant they made us all feel at home. The staff did their very best to ensure we enjoyed our stay, they were very attentive. The property was perfect for me and my whanau (family) we live near the ocean in NZ. We enjoy being near the ocean and forest. A great opportunity for all to rejuvenate mind and body. We were all able to relax and enjoy the private beach. We were very grateful and blessed for their assistance with the option of a late check-out and help with transport to Uturoa Airport. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The Kitchen/pantry storage and dining area's were clean perfect for our needs. We will be back. Tau Ke!!"

"The place was clean, at a nice location, walk to the beach. The staff was also amazing especially Salum the caretaker who was quick to respond. The owner is also amazing. They also offered recommendations on what's good close by."

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

"The host and hostess were very kind and helped us check in almost close to midnight. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were simple and clean."

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.

"Хотелось бы через Вас поблагодарить хозяйку квартиры, в которой мы провели прекрасные четыре дня! Спасибо Вам за заботу с первой минуты, как зарезервировали Вашу квартиру! Чох сагол Сизге (надеюсь написал правильно) У нас был очень поздний прилёт (в 01:15) к квартире подъехали ближе к 3 часам ночи, но несмотря на позднее время, нас встретили с радушием, заселили, все показали, все разъяснили, ответили на все наши вопросы про Баку)) В квартире есть все что нужно. Полностью оборудованная кухня (вплоть до чистящих средств). Ванная комната также наполнена всеми гигиеническими средствами! Утюг, фен, расческа, все все что нужно... Это было очень приятно, но самое приятное - это ЗАБОТУ, которую мы чувствовали ежедневно! А, кстати, пахлава к чаю - була на вкуснейшая!))) Рекомендую всем! Поверьте, Вы больше не будите искать другое жилье в этом прекрасном городе! Хозяйке - здоровья, счастья, и настроения оставаться такой же по отношению к своим гостям!"

Garagem individual. Simpatia na receção e late check out da garagem. Lareira com lenha disponível e casa bem aquecida, em geral."

Um pormenor: mau odor constante no piso da sala, talvez canalização.

"O apartamento é simples, porém entrega o que foi prometido. A limpeza foi feita todos os dias, inclusive trocando as toalhas e arrumação dos itens de cozinha. O café da manhã é deixado na geladeira no dia anterior. Para quem vai fazer os passeios, principalmente os de neve onde a saída é bem cedo, esse esquema do café vem bem a calhar. O ponto alto é a localização: perfeita para quem quer ficar próximas de restaurantes de Las Condes, Costanera Center e região do MUT. Voltaria e recomendo."

Não tenho nada a reclamar, porém fica a sugestão de tentar mudar o café da manhã, ficamos 1 semana e todos os dias eram praticamente as mesmas coisas.

I used a single room and there were not enough sockets . There were 2 bed side lamps and one didn't have a socket to plug in. I have to put the kettle on the floor. There was an extension wire, where tv,fridge etc were pluged in . Not very professional. More socket points in appropriate places will improve the standards.

"Such a lovely, wise and amazing lady. She went above and beyond the expectations we had and helped us with everything we needed and made sure we felt comfortable. The location of the apartment is amazing with a lovely view. I will 100% book the same place if I am in La Paz again"

Absolutely nothing that I didn't like

"This is my second time staying at Mei Place and it’s been an absolute pleasure. The staff is super sweet, the rooms are cleaned every day. It’s very spacious and has a beautiful garden and rooftop with a pool. There’s even room to store food and drinks in the fridges and depending on which accommodation you book there’s even kitchens that you can use. It’s also located close to nyali center and the beach and a lot of nice restaurants! Well worth the price and I’d always recommend staying here."
