"The villa had everything! Stocked wine cooler, bottles of spirits, full mini bar. There was a gas BBQ and good free Wi-Fi. The beach and pool were both no more than a few hundred meters from the villa in all directions. It was beautiful!"

Perhaps the resort supermarket produce could have been fresher, with a better selection of meat for the BBQ, but there's nothing to stop you using a local supermarket.

"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.

시압바자르나 둘러볼만한 곳들이 위치한 곳과는 거리가 멀어 항상 얀덱스로 이동해야 하는 것이 불편함. 호스트가 미리 와이파이 이동 비용을 지불하지 않아 2일 (주말)내내 무료 와이파이를 사용하지 못함.

Also, the host was so thoughtful to provide cooking ingredients including rice, eggs, sardines, shallots and chillies just in case we're hungry at night or for the sahur. My husband said we should rate this stay 12/10 :D Thank you Mr. Tajarazhar."

There was nothing that I didn't like. It was beyond my expectation. Perhaps, it would have been better if the host utilizes some space for a mini pool (for those with kids) or put indoor game facilities. But as for me and my teen children, it was great already.

It would have been nice to be a little closer to the beach. It was a short drive, but a long walk.

La route pour se rendre au mango villa est assez abrupte et nécessite un bon niveau de conduite.... mais la récompense est au bout du chemin

"Rudy and his wife were amazing. I would definitely recommend Tropical Sands. When you've been out all day exploring the island this little paradise is ideal to come back to, quiet and tranquil next to the beach."

Es war sehr ordentlich, die Betten alle bezogen, alles hat gut gerochen und war sehr einladend. Hier und da etwas Dekoration war super schön und hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

"Good location allowing trips to different parts of Ohrid lake, and the national park. Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, balcony and living room and with a kitchen that we used once. The view from the living room is fantastic, and so is the swimming pool view. Open area for seating is also nice. They also gave us some wine and toasties for kids gratis once so was quite nice. Parking is easy, lake in front and a mini market close by. They don’t serve breakfast or dinner but there is a nice pizzeria close by and a couple of other restaurants that we tried. Breakfast ok - changes a bit. Good tips by the staff when requested."

The air con is in the living room so it can get hot in the bedroom during the day. A fan was provided on request.

"The room was large and spacious. Very comfortable beds and a well appointed bathroom. A seating area was a welcome extra. Breakfast was excellent -with a glass of Istenic sparkling! The garden attached to the winery is a really peaceful setting for a morning’s (or more) relaxation over coffee and more sparkling wine. All the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. Thank you to them."

Only downside is the location that means restaurants are a short drive away - even the closest (about 1km) is a drive because of the fast narrow road without pavement. The main town of Brezice is worth visiting though for its restaurants, cafes, castle and water tower.

Para o melhor, mas também para o pior, Port Glaud é um dos locais mais remotos da ilha de Mahé. Há que fazer um trajecto de mais de 30 minutos por uma estrada sinuosa que sobe e desce a montanha a partir de Victória. O acesso ao mar é fácil, mas não há um grande número de praias banháveis em redor, ou que sejam de fácil acesso. As que há têm o acesso condicionado pelos resorts maiores, ou estão, em grande parte, ocupadas pelas espreguiçadeiras destes. A excepção é a praia de Port Launay, maravilhosa e suficientemente ampla e acessível para comportar a presença de todos os outros que não apenas os hóspedes do resort. É reduzida a oferta de restaurantes (o Delplace é excelente) e os dos resorts não estão, por regra, abertos ao público. Da casa, os únicos pontos negativos a registar será a falta de alguns utensilios de cozinha (não essenciais, mas que seria agradável ter, como um espremedor de citrinos, por exemplo, ou uma tesoura que cortasse) e a iluminação, de luzes muito brancas (todas elas, até no quarto), mal posicionadas e mesmo "agressivas" (como no caso da cozinha). Trata-se, no entanto, e pelo que pudemos constatar, de uma constante na ilha. O acesso à internet também é pouco fiável, mas não por qualquer deficiência na infraestrutura da casa.
