Villas na Índia

"Very spacious, very private. It was comfortable. We were kindly met at San Marino bus station and taken to the villa. Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. Information was sent to us to answer our questions. Prompt response."

The villa was further away from the main area of San Marino than expected. As we did not have a car, we were reliant on a taxi, which worked out very expensive. There were a few items in the sink which looked as if intended to be washed up but forgotten. We struggled with sorting out the TV and also finding the right adapter for our chargers and could not find a familiar kettle. These were little things but frustrating after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have an information booklet to explain some of these things so we did not have to keep asking our host.

"The owner is kind and helpful. When he heard I am landing in TLV at 3AM he did recommend how to reach his place, looked after trains to Beniamina, proposed that in case of absence of taxi from train station he can fetch me. Flexible on check-in and out times. My payment didn’t went by credit card, so I needed to pay cash. Owner said no problem, can wait until I am back from shopping mall."

The part I wasn’t much happy - it’s moskitos,and I think the owner will fix it (cables in the window living small glitch for insects) soon.

"The villa was stunning and really well laid out and there was so much space, you could have family time but alone time too. The conversion and history was amazing along with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. The kids loved the pool with the different lights and jacuzzi and they had great fun. Also had beach towels which was a plus. There was a full sized table tennis table which was also good fun. Location was really good and situated in a beautiful place. Shops were extremely close and it also had advantage of it being open 24 hours a day. They had bbq facilities as well however due to the weather we never got a chance to use this. The owner even bought and delivered us a birthday cake for someone in our party which was delicious."

"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

"Lovely place.. super modern, well designed, mod cons, all new, spotlessly clean detached home in the peaceful and bougie suburbs of the city.. Very comfortable, with great natural light. Lots of great modern facilties for eg the warm air in the bathroom. The process was seamless and experience was faultless. The pictures are a true and fair representation."

This place is fantastic, so reluctant to put neg things here! The following tweaks would have made it perfect! A well placed (thicker) hedge at the front could provide more privacy for the small patio area which sits at front of the house (roadside). Shops and restaurants nearby. The facilities are really modern so was surprised no dimmer switch on lights. A lamp could help with soft lighting. More translated material for non Japanese. English in my case.

Tylko jedna rzecz na minus,to był pierwszy przystanek po długim locie w pobliżu nie ma sklepu a w apartamencie nie było nawet jednej butelki wody...

"The location is great. We have very good privacy and there is a nice view to the lake. The reception lady was great and they answered to our requests very fast."

Weak wifi, not enough napkins, toilet paper. No soup liquid in the toilets. Other than that we were really satisfied.

The bathroom and rooms are to far apart

"Gostámos muito do espaço natureza envolvente. Presumo que com melhor tempo se possa ainda usufruir melhor do espaço."

Pouca luminosidade no apartamento, acho mesmo que a exposição do quarto vs sala devia estar invertida...devido á vista.. Candeeiros com pouca luz, cozinha deficiente com poucos utensílios. O microondas funciona por intuição, deviam colocar informação sobre utilização... Aquecimento de águas favorecendo o desperdício da mesma pois demora demasiado a aquecer. Obrigada.

"Gostei da estadia, a disposição da casa, faltou alguns utensílios de cozinha mas foram cedidos logo que pedidos, a limpeza é feita pelo pessoal mas precisa de um pouco mais de atenção, a chaleira eléctrica por exemplo estava muito suja, a porta de correr nao abria porque o corredor tinha sujidade, pequenos detalhes que podem ser reparados sem muito esforço, no geral estivemos muito bem, o pessoal muito atencioso e amável. Recomendo"

Uma pequena parte da limpesa mas como disse antes nada que nao possa ser reparado e ultrapassado. Tirando isso amei tudo

"São chalés exclusivos, pé na areia, silenciosos, limpos (com limpeza diária), lindos, bem ventilados, privativos e seguros. A Linda e sua equipe foram fantásticos e atenciosos: auxiliaram com dicas e passeios da região, restaurantes, mercados, transfer interno e para o aeroporto. O visual do chalé é lindo. A praia é tranquila e vazia. O chalé tinha tudo que precisávamos para passar dias maravilhosos."

"Great location, just a few minutes’ walk down to Beau Vallon Beach. The host was very welcoming and even treated us to fresh fruits from her garden. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.
