The plumbing on one evening. The room air-conditioning was difficult to understand and to regulate.

"The staff were lovley and super helpful, making great recommendations for local spots to see. The garden was lush and a very relaxing place to be. Great food in the restaurant and all round excellent value for money."

"Good location. Not far fro shops, cheap local dinig and duty-frees. Near the road so a bit loud sometimes but it's ok. Great comfortable beds. Quite large rooms as for Langkawi"

Staff. The staff should ask before entering the guest's room. A lot of miscommunication: you have to chat via Whatsapp with a person listed on booking and with a generic manager and with another manager. Too complicated.

"A proximidade ao aeroporto, que era um aspeto fundamental na escolha do hotel. Fomos a pé até ao hotel, mas levávamos mochilas! Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e o quarto era muito cómodo e asseado."

Optámos por não escolher pequeno almoço porque nos pareceu muito fraco.

Сауну використовувати тоді коли хоче клієнт і не просити включити,більше звертати увагу персоналу на відвідувачів,сидять дві працівниці і жодна не зорієнтувала куди йти і в кого можна щось запитати
