"I had a really great stay here; the staff were friendly and helpful, my room was spacious and very comfortable; the breakfast buffet was tasty and varied and the two restaurants served excellent food. Despite the high quality and fact Kempinski is an international premium brand, the room rates and restaurant prices were very reasonable"

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

"The bed was amazing, i slept well and that was the best part especially being jet lagged. The kids loved the breakfast spread so that was a plus. They really enjoyed their stay, im glad to have booked it and wouls definitely come again and recommend to friends."

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"Location was perfect for us and breakfast was good - not many choices but good."

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

Os quartos são bem grandes e o banheiro é bem bom também, conta com shampoo, condicionador e sabonetes ótimos! A comida do hotel também é um ponto alto, tudo muito gostoso. Não existem roupões para uso da piscina que fica no andar -2, isso nos impediu de utilizar, uma vez que não queriamos andar em trajes de banho pelo hotel. A pessoa que limpava o quarto cada dia deixava uma quantidade diferente de toalhas, começamos com 4 toalhas de corpo, um tapete e uma de rosto. E tiveram dias sem tapete e toalha de rosto, dias com apenas 1 toalha de corpo e nada mais.

"The shuttle bus from the airport was on site when we arrived and very comfortable after the plane ride. Check in was quick and the staff was amazing. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable."

Mobiliário e decoração um pouco datada, mas o hotel está a fazer remodelação progressiva. Horário do pequeno almoço acaba muito cedo e sala é pequena.

Only issue was the shower, hot and cold temp faulty, water pressure poor.

"Food was ok, the staff was amazing and made you feel extremely welcome, this was the first time staying at this hotel, and I have just re-booked for next year. The hotel was quite, but had it lively time with live music. Enjoyed myself so much. Breakfast was lovely and so was dinner."

"O paisagismo do hotel é lindo. Lugar relevante e os quartos são muito espaçosos. O pequeno almoço é bom."

A distância do estacionamento ao quarto é efectuada a céu aberto. Num dia chuvoso, a deslocação não é confortável.

O quarto era super confortável, a rede mosquiteira estava intacta (sendo que os empregados vinham todas as noites fechá-la e meter repelente no quarto). A comida era fenomenal, havia bastantes opções. Nós incluímos apenas o pequeno almoço na nossa estadia mas decidimos jantar dois dias no hotel e não nos arrependemos nada, a comida era fantástica e a oferta distinta. O staff é genuinamente espetacular e da próxima vez que voltar a Zanzibar ficarei aqui!"
