"Everything was good, enjoyed my 4 night stay. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very attentive and helpful! The airport transfer service was a real life saver!"

Apesar de o quarto ter sido reservado para 2 pessoas , só estava preparado para uma pessoa Isto aconteceu das 2 vezes que fiquei neste hotel

"Hotel perfeito. Quartos espaçosos e atendimento impecável. Tudo muito limpo. Bar no quarto é complementar e reposto diariamente, bom Wi-Fi. Equipamentos de snorkel e atividades aquáticas gratuitos. Toalhas à vontade. Vista maravilhosa da ilha do Tahiti. Piscina excelente. O atendimento para passeios pela consierge é excepcional. O pequeno almoço é bom sem ser soberbo. Os restaurantes são razoáveis mas caros, o entrecôte de carne é bom. O Resort está excelentemente bem conservado e tudo muito limpo, apesar de o peso dos anos já se sentir!"

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"The hotel itself is modern, and the rooms are impressively large and kept spotless with daily cleaning. A huge shoutout to the staff—they were genuinely helpful and made the stay much better. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh options to choose from."

There are a few areas that need immediate attention. First, the hot water in the shower never quite reached a comfortable temperature. Second, the Spa hours are misleading; it’s advertised until 8 PM but closed at 6 PM during my stay. Location : it’s in the old part of the city, which is charming by day, but the surrounding streets are quite dark at night.

"I have enjoyed staying at The Diplomat for decades. This is hotel life as it should be, which is probably why I keep going back. I enjoy a quiet meal with my family by the pool and do like to indulge in delicious food from all over the world. The staff are always friendly and extremely polite."

Work commitments forced an early departure.

"Affordable price.. location.. view.. amazing reciption staff.. i think the breakfast boufe is the best in kuwait... the bed is so comfy.. chick in took only 1 minute with a very nice smile from the 2 ladies were in the front desk."

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

Despite the high quality and fact Kempinski is an international premium brand, the room rates and restaurant prices were very reasonable"

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

Nothing. Can’t comment on local restaurants, shops etc as didn’t leave the hotel. I understand there isn’t a supermarket within walking distance but only a few mins in a taxi (we drove past it on way to the marina) and shop on site has a good selection of toiletries .

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.
