"Da simpatia dos funcionários que para além de me receberem bem ainda me deram um mapa e indicações sobre o que visitar, como lá chegar, locais bons para comer... O espaço comum é muito amplo e tem muitas comodidades (cozinha, sofás, TV,...) e cria um bom ambiente entre os hóspedes. A localização também é boa pois fica entre Ortiga e a zona arqueológica. Para quem gosta de caminhar, nem é preciso usar transportes."

The tap at the kitchen is likking while open. Somw floor tales must be fixed. One of the light bulbs needs replacement.

"O hostel é super bem localizado, staff muito solícito e animado. Café da manha incluso com vista para table mountain foi uma agradavel supresa tambem! Na sexta rola um Braai colaborativo super massa, o ambiente é muito descontraido e bacana. Chuveiro bom, cama tambem e limpeza impecavel. Lugar cheio de gente do bem, recomendo demais!"

Não ter uma pessoa na recepção o tempo todo. A cortina do chuveiro estava muito suja.

"Everything. The place is beautiful, super cozy, and very clean. You can really feel the love and attention to detail everywhere. The chill areas are great to relax, and the breakfast was more than decent. Amélie, the owner, is an amazing host – so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Her Auberge is truly a dream."

The only small downside was the location being a bit far from the central bus station, but that’s just a personal preference and didn’t affect the overall great experience.

"The location is a bit remote from the city of Lugano, but the views are wonderful and it's surrounded by nature. The house itself is very cozy, welcoming and well maintained."

Wifi was very poor both in the living room and the private bedroom. I struggled connecting for work. I can't say that this was good value for money considering how far it was from Lugano city centre and all other activity spots. I didn't have breakfast, because it was another 20 francs on top of everything else and that wasn't really ideal for someone travelling on a budget.

O banheiro masculino do 2º andar é péssimo em todos os sentidos.

"A piscina e o terraço, que ao final da tarde era um momento de relaxamento do dia quente. A simpatia dos funcionários desde a recepção, os seguranças, as senhoras da limpeza e os funcionários e cozinheiras do bar/restaurante. O pequeno almoço e todas as refeições do restaurante são MUITO boas! A localização é mais do que perfeita e embora no primeiro dia pode ser difícil encontrar, é absolutamente segura. Não posso esquecer o gato Cuscuz, um amor de bichinho."

As camas precisam de cortinas, apenas para criar um pouco de mais privacidade e não incomodar os outros hospedes com a luminosidade de quem gosta de ler um livro antes de adormecer. Embora tenham serviço de lavandaria, podia haver um local para estender roupa, em vez de ser à volta da piscina.

"Magico o local e o anfitrião que nos acompanhou desde o inicio disponibilizando as informações de local para por do sol na montanha, nascer do sol vemos de dentro do quarto em vidro e de toda a família que gere o alojamento. Verdadeira comida de Omã feita em casa desde o jantar ao pequeno almoço. è possível chegar ao alojamento sem ter carro 4x4. Alojamento literalmente no inicio da caminhada do balcony Wall."

Experiencia única.

"O hostel, embora com comodidades humildes, tem o suficiente para satisfazer uma ou duas noites em Jakarta. O Dany, está entre um dos melhores anfitriões que vi em todas as minhas viagens. Para finalizar, tem um serviço de "coffee shop", simplesmente fantástico!!"

Não podemos pedir muito mais. Sendo um hostel com uma boa relação preço/qualidade, temos que compreender que se formos muito exigentes os valores a pagar serão mais elevados.
