Electricity was eratic and generator back up only available for 3 hours per day

"Wonderful little getaway, greeted by the most charming host and beautiful, peaceful, tranquil surroundings. Saw the sunrise with coffee and breakfast on the private terrace/decking area. A must if you are in the area."

"Ambiente do apartamento decorado com muito bom gosto. O jardim é a piscina sempre limpa e impecável. O casal foi muito atento às necessidades e muito simpático. Estadia confortável e relaxante."

"Fantastic views of the Matterhorn, plus the town of Zermatt, especially from the bedroom upstairs which means the view is wonderful to look at when you wake up in the morning! Very comfort and cosy refurbished old cabin which has real authenticity. The owners are very friendly and always helpful."

The three flights of stairs to go to the toilet during the night and carting up all our ski gear from the road below.
