Swimming pool was closed for the four days I stayed there. Food options were limited but it was during Ramadan.

The train every half an hour on 2 meters from our windows. The fence is not so high (safety?!). Also the busy road between the camping and the beach is dangerous. Lots of kids crossing that road. A tunnel would be solution.

"Moony's é um lugar muito aconchegante e fresco. Saímos da Cidade do Maputo com 40 graus. Quando chegamos na Moony's 45 minutos depois estava somente 31,5 graus. Árvores e natureza ajuda."

A via de acesso precisa melhoramentos, mas obras estão já em curso.

"I just loved the concept of tipi in the forest. Very clean camping area, big forest surrounding the campground, lots of birds and of course the lovely semois by my feet. It’s also a family camping so as a solo traveler you feel pretty safe."

The “insolite” part, you aren’t quite insolite, other tipis were in use by families with children running around and shouting. This was a bit tiring since I hoped to be in a calmer area. But you manage, I was out hiking the whole day and at night I set up my bbq while the kids slept. Only early mornings were hard - at the same time the birds were as loud as the kids 😂

"Malý rodinný kemp. Majitel příjemný, ochotný. Večer posezení u pivka, kdo chtěl, tak i s večeří. Bazén k dispozici večer i ráno. Naprostý klid a uvolnění. Spali jsme ve svém autě. K snídani vejce, uzeniny, sýr, rajče.. vše domácí a naprosto úžasná švestková marmeláda."

Záchody a sprchy v kabinkách vedle sebe, ale čisté.

"A localização é muito boa, o funcionário muito simpático sempre disposto ajudar caso haja algum problema. O socego da casa pois fica no meio da natureza, a casa tem tudo o que é necessário."

O único aspeto negativo é a piacina aquecida não estar a funcionar.

"We had the most amazing stay. Everything was magic. The sound of the river and rain hitting the wagon was magical while you slept. The ducks quacking and running around was so entertaining and the scones on arrival was such a personal touch. We will be returning very soon. The kids would love it 🥰"
