Apartamentos nas Ilhas Faroé

"O apartamento é simples, porém entrega o que foi prometido. A limpeza foi feita todos os dias, inclusive trocando as toalhas e arrumação dos itens de cozinha. O café da manhã é deixado na geladeira no dia anterior. Para quem vai fazer os passeios, principalmente os de neve onde a saída é bem cedo, esse esquema do café vem bem a calhar. O ponto alto é a localização: perfeita para quem quer ficar próximas de restaurantes de Las Condes, Costanera Center e região do MUT. Voltaria e recomendo."

Não tenho nada a reclamar, porém fica a sugestão de tentar mudar o café da manhã, ficamos 1 semana e todos os dias eram praticamente as mesmas coisas.

"Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans ce bel appartement. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et très gentils et la communication avec Mme Gisela était excellente. L'appartement était très joli, tout propre, tout neuf et très bien équipé."

A paragem de autocarro fica a 2min a pé e em 10min estamos em Vaduz. Existe também um pequeno supermercado ao pé da paragem de autocarro."

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Swakopmund!"

"Convenient, clean, spacious, basic accom with a kitchen, and good value. Host was responsive to requests and minor issues.It was cool enough at night with just fans."

Some more information about laundry options. Hot water was not working in our unit. So pending repair this was accommodated with option of moving into another apartment or using the bathroom for showers in that one, which was your preference. It would be nice to have some bedside lights.

The bathrooms seem a bit outdated and upgrading them would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Die Koffer zwei Etagen nach unten und wieder hochtragen. Obwohl es auch toll war von der Terrasse aus gleich nach draußen zu können.

From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

The road condition to the Apartment

"The property was perfect for our family - it allowed us to eat at the apartment whilst also being able to go out. The kids loved the pool! The property is in a perfect location and yet very quiet"

The microwave did not work! Fortunately we did not really need it but on the one occasion we wanted to use it, it did not work. We reported it so it can be resolved. Also, we had a tea towel for a day or so but then it kept disappearing. Not easy to dry plates etc when there is no tea towel

"We tried 3 different hostels in UB and this one was the best by far. It is cheap (around 7€ per night), very clean, modern, the beds in the dormitory are very good, and most of all, the hosts are super nice. Yuka and her family made us feel really welcome, and Yuka is super funny. After 1 week there it felt like home. I definitely recommend this place !"

Walking around the neighborhood because too many dogs. Though most were chained but their threatening bucks and sometimes meeting unchained ones scared me off. I don’t like dogs!

"O café da anhanguera é muito bom, tudo muito limpo, bonito e organizado, perfeita localização, 15 min a pé do sitio arqueológico da agora de Esmirnado, centro e do mar 20 min. A pé"

A descarga do banheiro estava com problema. Pedimos para concertar , mas não consertaram.

"Gostámos práticamente de tudo, vista excelente, próximo do centro e parqueamento gratuito. Excelente isolamento térmico e sonoro."

No serviço de troca de toalhas, apenas trocaram as de banho e nem recolheram as usadas, o que gerou um acomular de toalhas. No dia do check-out, sendo às 11h a hora limite, às 10h30 já estavam a bater à portra a pedir para sair.

"The place was clean, at a nice location, walk to the beach. The staff was also amazing especially Salum the caretaker who was quick to respond. The owner is also amazing. They also offered recommendations on what's good close by."

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!
