The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we were warm, dry, comfortable and fed after being in the rain all day. We were grateful for the delicious food, and the opportunity to rinse off our bikes. "Honestly so impressed with the service and attentiveness at this IHG property near Taoyuan Airport. I had an early morning flight to catch, so staying close to the airport made the most sense. From the moment I got down to the lobby, everything was handled seamlessly - they offered complimentary transport, but had already gone the extra mile and arranged a taxi waiting for me to take me directly to the airport. That level of thoughtfulness and efficiency made all the difference. Would definitely recommend, especially for anyone with an early flight."
