"The smell of pool water and damp air at the reception and the fact that the room had no windows to open. Although it had ventilation, the feeling of being in a room that gets no outside air is not a nice experience. We also didn’t have any view, the view was of the dirty plexiglass of the pool."

"I didn't like the TV as it was very slow sometimes and at some point it wasn't working, however when I called the staff they immediately came to fix it, I think a better TV would be a great investment."
