"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.

Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"Ótimo resort, com entrada direta para a praia, com ótimos acessos! Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e prestáveis. Quarto ótimo. Localização ótima para quem pretende descansar longe dos “centros” e da confusão. Ainda assim, para quem não aluga carro, tem paragem de autocarro muito perto também para explorar a ilha."

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

I really appreciated the thoughtful room accessories and how easy it was to get from the room directly to the restaurant without any hassle. What truly made the stay, though, was the lovely staff—they are so polite, welcoming, and genuine that you feel right at home. "The apartments are located in a beautiful area, offering a peaceful atmosphere and views of the greenery surrounding the entire valley. The apartments are clean and functional, with internet access at satisfactory speed. This is a good choice for a relaxing stay. Nearby the SPA, there are a few walking trails, and for those seeking more, Velika planina is close by. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and accommodating."

The pools are modest compared to other spa resorts, but a new complex is currently under construction.

"PROPERTY WAS GOOD AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. ONLY CONCERN WAS THER VERY LESS OPTION FOR VEGITEARIAN PEOPLE. THEY ONLY PROVIDE BREADS, ONE OR TWO CERALS, FRUITS AND SOME RICE ITEMS, WHICH IS NOT ENOUGH ."

- food wasn't cheap, menu was limited - beach in front of hotel was dirty and birdpoop - no possibility to board a (rented) jetski in front of the hotel - no guarded parking for the cars - 5 minutes walk and no vallet possible - breakfast buffet seems big but not that much variety day over day - it's always the same it seems

"Hotel Boutique muito simpático e confortável. O staff é irrepreensível, muito prestável, afável e pronto a ajudar. O restaurante é muito bom com serviço essencial e uma boa cozinha. Recomendo"

Apesar de não ser uma questão relacionada com o hotel, mas os mosquitos foram bastante incomodativos.

The food in the restaurant was very poor - surprisingly for a country like Kyrgyzstan where generally the food is excellent

"Nice and modern hotel in country club style. Very professional and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Great option when travelling with car - plenty of parking space."

Breakfast selection was mediocre. Some small spa or sauna area would create extra value.

Too big. Very noisy at breakfast. Only Asian breakfast options. Expensive restaurants. Don’t go to Thai restaurant in hotel. Really bad taste and nothing to do with Thai style

"A fun and colourful resort close to Grenada airport. We stayed here for a few nights at the start of our trip to Grenada and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable; it had nice doors out with direct pool access and even had a small kitchenette. The grounds of the hotel are well thought out and it's nice to have the choice of pools, each with different views and vibes! The restaurant is great and we had some delicious meals, "Street Food Wednesday" was a highlight of our trip! There was also a wide range of tours and activities; we did a full island tour which was really worth it."

There are limited amenities near this hotel - other than the university, there is no town/restaurants/beach to walk to. The hotel was great and organizing taxis however and there is a free shuttle to the beach!

Não tenho nenhuma crítica muito relevante. A única coisa que posso dizer é que quando fui almoçar no restaurante da recepção percebi que fomos os únicos que não ganhamos os paozinhos grátis de entrada. Fora isso foi tudo perfeito!! É caro, mas vale a pena

O serviço supera as nossas melhores expectativas, quer em termos de limpeza dos alojamentos, da atenção a todas as nossas necessidades, do serviço de SPA, etc. Os vários restaurantes disponíveis são de elevadíssima qualidade e o pequeno almoço é incrível. Os alojamentos são muito luxuosos e confortáveis, ginásio é completo, as piscinas são ótimas e as praias de água cristalina e fauna sempre presente, são difíceis de igualar."

"Somos uma família ( casal + 2 crianças ) e gostamos muito da estadia. Comida era muito boa. Os empregados são muito simpáticos e todos muito atenciosos, nomeadamente, com as crianças. A localização é muito boa. Estava com receio da limpeza, mas era feita todos os dias e a senhora limpava bem."

As piscinas podiam ser aquecidas, à semelhança do Riu Palace. O sinal da internet no quarto era fraco. Falta elevador, o nosso quarto ficava no topo, virado para o mar, todos os dias tínhamos de carregar o carrinho da bebe porque não tem elevador para 2 andar. Quando fiz a reserva questionei o hotel pelo Booking se tinham transfer e nunca responderam. Enviei duas mensagens e não obtive resposta. Acho que para um hotel como este devem ter mais atenção em responder as mensagens. O problema da estadia foi mesmo o vento que se fazia sentir o que não me faz voltar novamente, mas obviamente é algo que vocês não têm culpa. No entanto, recomendo este hotel para quem quer ir para ilha do Sal!
