"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

"No geral gostamos de tudo mesmo, passamos 4 noites, sítio calmo e lindo as crianças divertiram-se imenso e nós também, até mesmo o nosso companheiro de quatro patas aproveitou imenso o jardim enorme do hotel. queremos voltar sem dúvida."

O pequeno almoço poderia ser melhor. As instalações já são um pouco antigas, a precisar de renovação.

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

We didn't like leaving.

"Hotel grande a beira do lago de Atitlan, quarto grande , com uma vista magnifica do Vulcão Tolima . Grande área de café da manha que era buffet, bastante adequado . O hotel fica muito próximo a o local para pegar os transportes para visitar as cidades do lago"

O hotel esta um pouco desgastado, e falta um safe box no quarta

Staff were quite formal but very good.

"L'hôtel en cette saison au bord du Lac Inle est magique. Les chambres sont belles et la vue sur le sac est splendide. Le personnel est souriant et très professionnel. Le patron de l'hôtel à l'écoute et très réactif. A recommander"

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

A little further from the main area of town but a nice walk.

Nothing except for high price, but is worth it.

"Pessoal muito simpático e profissional; Zona calma e com vistas incríveis; Supermercado no recinto; Comida do restaurante boa e variada; Ar condicionado no quarto sem problemas (estivemos numa semana de muito calor e ajudou ao conforto da estadia); Centro de Vrsar a 15min a pé."

Ar condicionado do restaurante devia funcionar melhor (sobretudo ao jantar). Deveriam dividir os hóspedes com ou sem cães em áreas distintas (ex. Cães a ladrar constantemente quando os donos estão ausentes no apartamento ao lado)

"A praia privativa do hotel, a piscina, bares e restaurantes são suficientes para não querer sair do hotel. O café da manhã é incrível e o nosso quarto era excelente com uma vista maravilhosa pro mar. O staff é hiper simpático e atencioso."

Tivemos um problema com água quente na nossa última noite, acabamos perdendo nosso banho de banheira e também atrasamos pro jantar. O problema foi solucionado dentro de 1 hora.

"Somos uma família ( casal + 2 crianças ) e gostamos muito da estadia. Comida era muito boa. Os empregados são muito simpáticos e todos muito atenciosos, nomeadamente, com as crianças. A localização é muito boa. Estava com receio da limpeza, mas era feita todos os dias e a senhora limpava bem."

As piscinas podiam ser aquecidas, à semelhança do Riu Palace. O sinal da internet no quarto era fraco. Falta elevador, o nosso quarto ficava no topo, virado para o mar, todos os dias tínhamos de carregar o carrinho da bebe porque não tem elevador para 2 andar. Quando fiz a reserva questionei o hotel pelo Booking se tinham transfer e nunca responderam. Enviei duas mensagens e não obtive resposta. Acho que para um hotel como este devem ter mais atenção em responder as mensagens. O problema da estadia foi mesmo o vento que se fazia sentir o que não me faz voltar novamente, mas obviamente é algo que vocês não têm culpa. No entanto, recomendo este hotel para quem quer ir para ilha do Sal!

The food was somewhat repetitive and sometimes bland.

Levamos muito tempo no ato de check out porque o alojamento ainda queria verificar se o pagamento feito estava correto, o que acho que podia ter sido feito no ato de check in

Not a lot of things to do

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

La cama se movía se movía mucho y se corría del lugar muy incómodo de verdad El tv nunca funcionó Llamamos a recepción y nunca contestaron Mucha gente en recepción ala hora de la entrada

"Wonderful little resort in a tropical garden, spacious room, very friendly staff"

The resort is not in walking distance to San Ignacio. You need a car (and worse a parking spot) to go there. This makes you dependent on the hotel‘s facilities and restaurant. Be aware that the breakfast included only means a small selection of breakfast choices. Whenever you want something extra eg eggs you pay extra! You pay a 10% „service charge“ on everything, even on the organization of tours, which is quite a ripoff. I did some activities organized by the hotel. These tours (especially the mayan cooking class) are real good, however as a single I had to pay for two people (minus a small discount). Moreover, tax & „service charge“ were added to the net prices mentioned in the flyer. Taken together this makes these tours unacceptably expensive.

"The apartments are located in a beautiful area, offering a peaceful atmosphere and views of the greenery surrounding the entire valley. The apartments are clean and functional, with internet access at satisfactory speed. This is a good choice for a relaxing stay. Nearby the SPA, there are a few walking trails, and for those seeking more, Velika planina is close by. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and accommodating."

The pools are modest compared to other spa resorts, but a new complex is currently under construction.

Too many kids - weather was a bit rainy so they were mostly inside...

The shower I used was really small.

Too big. Very noisy at breakfast. Only Asian breakfast options. Expensive restaurants. Don’t go to Thai restaurant in hotel. Really bad taste and nothing to do with Thai style

"The food was great, as was the service in the restaurant and at the pool. The facilities such as the pools were lovely, and good options for dining, including a nice little deli. Many of the staff were very helpful."

The room was nice, but ours was a little tired. I also didn’t care for the lack of monitoring of the pool lounges,(lack of them, and people being allowed to put a towel on to reserve for the day without being there).

"I love this family friendly vibe! There is a pool for kids, adults with swim up bar and another quieter relax pool for adults only. The shows were good- the circus show and the fire show were my favorites. Everyone from the front desk to servers to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, you have a choice in the evening between the buffet and restaurants."

It took us a few days to figure out what was happening at the resort as our Spanish was so limited.
