"The resort is beautiful .. there are large villas and smaller bungalows. It’s right on the beach with a lovely infinity pool and garden overlooking the beach. Rooms are comfortable and staff very friendly."

Location could be too quiet for some travelers

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

"Excellent service, great and clean rooms and amazing wellness-facilities. Well worth the money!"

That we had to leave.

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

"The hotel ambience was very cosy and welcoming. Staying in a room facing the mountains was breath-taking and created a sense of calmness. The breakfast was lovely giving us a delightful taste of Uzbekistani food. Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."

You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

"O hotel está muito bem localizado, mesmo junto à praia. Podemos relaxar nas espreguiçadeiras à sombra junto à praia ou disfrutar da piscina. Fantástico."

O quarto poderia ser um pouco mais moderno e a casa de banho era pequena.

"Adorámos o serviço. O local é muito calmo e é-se bem recebido. Boas refeições. Todo o staff está de parabéns. Quero voltar e da próxima vez mergulhar com eles."

É um problema geral deste tipo de negócio relativamente a Bali, muito perto, e com preços muito mais convidativos. Pode ser que um dia o turismo se desenvolva mais em Timor-Leste e os responsáveis cheguem à conclusão que por um pouco menos saem sempre a ganhar.

I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(

Do not expect new rooms, rooms are old but price is expected and service level is very high And also is good to have local money

"Nice resort with lots of facilities. Very nice pool with bubble bath. Sauna, workout, and much more. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Decent brekky. Good restaurant for dinner. Room was nice."

No cappuccino option at brekky, just mediocre coffee. The "beach" is not worth the name - better stick with the pool.

"Gostei de absolutamente tudo. Com certeza Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei. O atendimento é 5 estrelas, fui tratada como uma rainha. A cama era extremamente confortável. Adorei de coração."

Gostei de absolutamente tudo, mas o bufete do café da manhã tem poucas opções. Mas como não sou uma pessoa de tomar pequeno almoço, então não foi um problema para mim.
