As piscinas podiam ser aquecidas, à semelhança do Riu Palace. O sinal da internet no quarto era fraco. Falta elevador, o nosso quarto ficava no topo, virado para o mar, todos os dias tínhamos de carregar o carrinho da bebe porque não tem elevador para 2 andar. Quando fiz a reserva questionei o hotel pelo Booking se tinham transfer e nunca responderam. Enviei duas mensagens e não obtive resposta. Acho que para um hotel como este devem ter mais atenção em responder as mensagens. O problema da estadia foi mesmo o vento que se fazia sentir o que não me faz voltar novamente, mas obviamente é algo que vocês não têm culpa. No entanto, recomendo este hotel para quem quer ir para ilha do Sal!

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

La cama se movía se movía mucho y se corría del lugar muy incómodo de verdad El tv nunca funcionó Llamamos a recepción y nunca contestaron Mucha gente en recepción ala hora de la entrada

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

"Hotel grande a beira do lago de Atitlan, quarto grande , com uma vista magnifica do Vulcão Tolima . Grande área de café da manha que era buffet, bastante adequado . O hotel fica muito próximo a o local para pegar os transportes para visitar as cidades do lago"

Too big. Very noisy at breakfast. Only Asian breakfast options. Expensive restaurants. Don’t go to Thai restaurant in hotel. Really bad taste and nothing to do with Thai style

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.
