"Nagyon kedves személyzet, rugalmas opciók vacsora és spa elményekkel kapcsolatosan , családias, de annál szuperebb spa, rendkívül csendes, pihentető környezet, kényelmes bútorok, közösségi, de csendes tér, társasjátékok, sakk, pingpong. Igazán rég voltunk ilyen szuper pihentető, csendes helyen."

"The never-ending pool is nice; room are a bit old, but comfortable. Conveniently located next to the conference center."

Rooms haven’t been renovated for >20 years.

"The stuff was very friendly, checking all the time if we need anything extra or providing guidance if we needed some tips about the island. The room was very nice, with everything we needed, including in the kitchen. Highly recommended!"

The mosquitoes at the pool ☺️. There is nothing we can think of that we didn’t like about the accommodation.

Do not expect new rooms, rooms are old but price is expected and service level is very high And also is good to have local money

"The beachfront location. Hotel staff are all very nice."

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

"I’m fond of fine dining but for a little fella from Tennessee I would have loved some bacon/ham, home fried potatoes and eggs. Maybe just a hash of some kind. And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with."

Only things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.

"The hotel ambience was very cosy and welcoming. Staying in a room facing the mountains was breath-taking and created a sense of calmness. The breakfast was lovely giving us a delightful taste of Uzbekistani food. Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."

Flies were the problem in the end of December which make difficult to eat outside till evening.

Como o hotel é grande foi um bocado confuso encontrar o quarto.

The absence of a choice of restaurants inside the resort, but there are many outside

Having to get taxis but the cheap so not to bad.

A Praia em frente não é tão bonita, porém o mar não tem ondas e é bastante agradável. Além disso o por do sol que se ve da sacada dos quartos é belíssimo, vale a pena!"

A limpeza dos corredores/elevadores fica devendo, porém mais pela falta de educação dos hóspedes do que o próprio hotel. A praia tem poucos lugares na areia para ficar e o acesso a bebidas fica bem restrito pois você deve retornar ao hotel para poder beber algo na praia. As comidas do restaurantes a la carte deixam a desejar, o melhor é curtir a experiência do buffet. A água do chuveiro tinha pouca vazão e não esquentava direito.

"Adorámos o serviço. O local é muito calmo e é-se bem recebido. Boas refeições. Todo o staff está de parabéns. Quero voltar e da próxima vez mergulhar com eles."

É um problema geral deste tipo de negócio relativamente a Bali, muito perto, e com preços muito mais convidativos. Pode ser que um dia o turismo se desenvolva mais em Timor-Leste e os responsáveis cheguem à conclusão que por um pouco menos saem sempre a ganhar.

No cappuccino option at brekky, just mediocre coffee. The "beach" is not worth the name - better stick with the pool.

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.
