"Avaliação do Hotel Raffles Já ficamos em vários hotéis como Emirates Palace e Armani no Burj Khalifa, mas o Raffles nos surpreendeu. O atendimento foi excelente e o quarto era enorme, cheio de amenidades. Algo que nos impressionou foi quando pedimos um check-out mais tarde e eles nos perguntaram se 17 horas estava bom. Ficamos surpresos, pois isso é raro acontecer. O café da manhã era pago, minha esposa acabou não indo e fui sozinho. Pedi se era possível levar um ovo pochê para ela e, para minha surpresa, levaram um carrinho cheio de coisas para ela. O que nos impressionou foi que, ao fazer o check-out, estávamos preparados para pagar a conta do café extra e outras coisas, mas eles disseram que não havia nada a pagar. Não é pelo dinheiro, mas pela experiência de não esperar uma reação como essa. Não posso esquecer do banheiro incrível, com chuveiro de vários modos de banho e o vaso sanitário da Duravit automatizado, que é um conforto à parte. Com certeza iremos voltar lá."

"Few issues: - outside takeaway is not permitted, your delivery driver needs to park at the bottom of the hill and are not allowed on premises - breakfast is disorganised, 2 days we waited 15 minutes for a baby chair - requesting a diaper bin I was told I had to buy one. When I pushed back I was then provided one - staff on mobile phones and genuinely seem to lack communication with each other"

"This hotel is exceptional. Very knowledgeable and professional staff, who gave us a warm welcome. There are no rooms here, only suites and we were very impressed with ours. So spacious, very modern and high tech, clean, and catered for every need. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for."

"I can only criticise one thing - even as a guest you have to pay for access to urban aqua deck on the second floor (although it's free entry for guests between 3-6pm). I feel that if you're paying good money as a resident, this charge should only be extended to non guests."
