"Localização, conforto dos quartos e serviço de Jantar"

"Tratamento na recepção a saída. Pedi pequeno almoço para cedo e take Away. A hora programada não estava pronto e o funcionário que atendeu foi rude, tivemos um discussão desnecessária. O Funcionário justificou que ele não estava quando foi feita reserva. É inadmissível. Foram rápidos a cobrar e não foram eficientes no serviço. Paguei por algo que não fiz uso, pois já tinha que ir ao aeroporto."

"This was our second stay. The hotel has an excellent location, central to many of the sites of interest. Our room was large and comfortable. Bed was super comfy. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff could not be more kind and helpful."
