"O atendimento dos funcionários era extremamente atencioso. Eram todos muito simpáticos. Gostei dos dispensadores de água no corredor. Pode se encher a garrafa as vezes que precisar, é cómodo, conveniente e ecológico. Gostei também do brinde oferecido às crianças que ficaram muito contentes. O pequeno almoço é simplesmente fantástico."

"Very convenient location, good facility, and most important of all, staff are kind and friendly. Arrived quite late last night, almost 8, they greet me and get check jn done within minutes, even upgraded my room for me. I’m more than grateful. Needed help with booking train tickets and they offer me assistance and sorted all my problems all at once. I would highly recommend anyone who visit Warsaw and if I come back this would be my first choice for the city as well. Bravo!"
"Breakfast can be improved a little, again friendly and helpful staff make everything better anyway. Small things, there’s no butter left in the whole buffet and jams are in open jar, a bit difficult to get individual portion. But other than these small details, everything has been great."

"Nothing of notice, we got a disabled persons room, which means a larger bathroom in size, but also no shower cabinet, so more prone to flooding episodes. All the rest was great."
