"As camas são muito confortáveis. O quarto tinha uma boa vista sobre o parque em frente. De uma forma geral, o staff com mais idade é muito prestável, simpático e educado, ao contrário dos membros mais novos que, apesar de terem sido prestáveis, mas não muito simpáticos."

"The bar staff seemed unconcerned that there were people waiting to order. They were all seated at a table eating and talking and it was hard to get their attention for a drink. No ice machines in the hotel, so had to get ice at restaurant. No refrigerators in rooms."
