"O hotel tem excelente vista sobre o mar mas está no cimo duma colina, ou seja, apesar de parecer perto da praia implica ainda uma boa caminhada sob os 38 graus típicos de Huatulco. Tem três piscinas, duas estavam abertas. O restaurante é o que mais surpreende, tem muita variedade e toda a comida é maravilhosa, do pequeno almoço a pratos típicos de Oaxaca, a um preço muito simpático. O pessoal é razoavelmente simpático, só têm uma chave por quarto, o que é incomodo se partilham em viagens de grupo."

"Ao lado havia uma obra, além do barulho constante todo o dia, os andaimes estavam montados mesmo ao lado da piscina, o que torna incomodo estar lá, em particular sendo mulher. Apesar da obra não ser do hotel mas dum edifício ao lado, a mesma devia ser avisada no momento da reserva já que condiciona a utilização da piscina principal."

"The rooms are very clean and roomy enough for what we needed, there room to hang a few items in the space provided and a few drawers and shelves to place other items. Upon arrival there was a bottle of water for each of us which we could then keep and refill at the water station in the lobby when whenever we needed. The restaurant is very nice and the food was excellent. The staff are very friendly and the manager speaks excellent English Some of the other staff don't speak much English but they try very hard and communication was fairly easy. I liked the location as it was was fairly central and it was easy for us to walk to where we wanted to go. Santa Cruz beach was only a 15 minute walk. La Crucecita was 20mins and Chahue beach was only 10 minutes away"

"The water pressure for the showers is not great and sometimes the water was a bit cool if you are showering late afternoon, it would be n also be nice if there was a kettle or coffee maker in the room"

"The hotel is up on a hill overlooking Bahia Chahue and is an an easy walk to Chahue, Santa Cruz and the Chedraui supermarket and restaurants etc. Staff are friendly and really helpful. We loved the 2 pools and the on-site restaurant is great when you are tired from the day’s activities. We were there during a national holiday, after which the manager suggested we upgrade to a front (pool) facing room. I would recommend upgrading if you can as it’s well worth it! The inner view room we had for the first 2 nights was much smaller and more basic. It's a wonderful hotel for families."
