O serviço de pequeno almoço é acima da média, para a Ásia, atendendo muito bem os gostos ocidentais, com ótimo café, boa variedade de pães e pastelaria e ainda, variedade de queijos e presuntos. A localização do hotel é primorosa, com acesso a tudo em Macau. Conhecer o diretor de recepção que fala português, David, foi fantástico. O acesso direto ao centro comercial é muito bom."
"O duche com pouca pressão foi mesmo frustrante neste hotel, tirando conforto da estadia. A piscina na sombra também não motivou lá estar. O engenheiro deste edifício devia ser processado."

"Service was exceptional to the smallest detail. some small things make the stay unforgettable.,eg Bellman Jeff took a photo of us and returned with the photo in a frame and a a St Regis mascot as a present. On cheking out the concierge gave us a box of biscuits and a second mascot to keep company to the previous one. The bellman Jeff, mentioned above, took every care of us . The hotel although located on the casino strip is very quiet and more classy than the neighbors Londoner, Conrad, Venetian etc.. Breakfast is excellent."
