"Cafe da manha muito bom, o rapaz da india que trabalha na recepção é muito querido e gentil, nos ajudou com tudo, nos mostrou o mercado, indicou lugares para jantar, estava sempre a disposição para nos ajudar, muito simpatico. O quarto é bem grande e espaçoso e a localização é super boa, proximo de restaurantes mercados e as lojinhas de souvenirs"

"This property is great value for money. It’s a great location in Wadi Musa with safe, underground parking right near by and lots of restaurants/ shops surrounding it. The room was clean and had a really big bed and a great view too. The owner Mohammed was really helpful with helping us plan our day at Petra and even gave us a takeaway breakfast. Make sure you eat the maqluba at the hotel, it was amazing!"

"The beds were comfortable and the room had big windows. There was no en-suite bathroom, but since there were no other guests in the hotel, we didn't face any issues. The wardrobe had enough space for our clothes The reception has a unique wall clock made up of bin covers - very creative!"
"When we booked, the name appeared as Raqeem hotel. However, at the entrance, the sign says Raqeem Hostel. Perhaps it's more suitable for backpackers and people travelling with their friends. We didn't face any issues though as we were the only guests in the hotel - one of the advantages of traveling during off peak season. Also, the breakfast they provided was substandard - some sweet buns, juice and swiss rolls. The buns were hard and difficult to digest. Since we were the only guests, they didn't start the lift and we also had to pay with cash."
"The first receptionist was absolutely lovely. We're Pakistani and he was Indian so it was to have a homely touch to our trip. He was professional and upgraded our room too. The evening receptionist was also lovely and kind."
