"The view, the bed and the hamam. The Jordanian restaurant was amazing"
"We were not aware that there was work been done to the property, I booked the hotel because of the view from the terrace but the terrace was shut off as was the swimming pool. Whilst I appreciate it might have been too cold to swim, it would have been nice to sit out to view the sunset. If you are self driving- it’s good to note that the incline up to the hotel is very steep. Car parking staff also amazing."
"Our stay at Petra Marriott was truly enjoyable. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere feels comfortable and well maintained. The restaurant offers very delicious food with a high standard of quality and presentation. The sauna facilities are excellent and provide a perfect place to relax after a long day exploring Petra. We also appreciated the parking and garage service, which made everything convenient and stress-free. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with traditional Arabic coffee, which creates a beautiful and authentic first impression. Petra Marriott combines comfort, cleanliness, and true Jordanian hospitality in a very elegant way."
"The only downside during our stay was that some parts of the hotel construction were not fully completed. While sitting in the restaurant, the unfinished areas affected the overall view and slightly reduced the visual experience"

"Qais at the restaurant was very hospitable and pleasant. Breakfast was lovely with traditional touches. Room was exceptionally cozy and Hamam is a great addition. Though quite far from the Visitor centre, I would still recommend it."

"The staff were very welcoming and the bar in particular was a lovely place to eat and drink. The view on the balcony was unbelievable at sunset. The rooms were big and very comfortable so we had such a good sleep which was great with all the walking we did for Petra. The hotel offers a free shuttle service for Petra which is great as there is a distance to Petra from the hotel. However the distance is nice as the hotel is quieter :)"
