"Acesso ao quarto por uma escada de caracol muito estreita. Quarto tipo aguas-furtadas muito quente. O ar condicionado incide diretamente na cama, pelo que teve de ser desligado, porque se tornou desconfortável e, sem ar condicionado, a temperatura do quarto ficou insuportável."
"Amazing host! So caring and attentive to details. You feel like you are visiting your relative - it was so cosy and athmospheric. The rooms and the whole place are so pretty. Breakfast is self-served, so you can have it any time. I would love to live in such a house."
"The hair dryer is almost impossible to use - the handle kept falling off; and the strength of the air is so weak, it takes forever. Also the shower head fell off on the head couple of times. Other than these little accidents, everything was perfect."

"Loved the location, just around the corner from Pisa Centrale. On the 6th floor above Carrefour shop. It was a flying visit. Arrived after 2.30pm, spoke with Paulo who was lovely. Dropped bags and straight back to get a train to Florence. Breakfast was self service & so much food provided. The following morning we walked to the leaning tower in about 10-15 minutes."
"I wasn't sure how to work the hot water in the shower but I'm sure Paulo would have told me if I wasn't in such a rush and would have contacted her if I was staying longer."
