One of Ireland’s oldest purpose-built hotel boutiques, The Commodore Refúgio overlooks Cobh Harbour. As a consequence of this unfortunately there are issues with accessibility both externally and internally for customers who may have some mobility issues.

"That’s really lovely hotel in old fashion style. Perfect place to stay for short city break or longer weekends. I can recommend this place to anyone who appreciate classical architecture and polite hospitality of personnel. We will be staying there for sure not one or two but many more times"

"As soon as we stepped in the staff were lovely the room was perfect for us . 2 boys (both have autism so it can be hard to get the right place) and 2 adults the room was a great size . It was my son's birthday so there was a birthday message with cookies and lollipops and muffins for us all we were even able to connect to Netflix on the TV!! Now that was brilliant for us 🤣 breakfast was tasty too everything was just lovely. The views were unreal too."
