"Adorei os funcionários muito prestáveis e prontos a ajudar. Perdi as minhas malas no voo e ajudaram-me a falar com a transportadora, pois não estava a conseguir comunicar com ela por causa da língua. Foram impecáveis. Chegamos tarde e ainda nos arranjaram um “lanchinho” para passarmos melhor a noite. As instalações também eram confortáveis."

"It is located 12 km from the lakes. Nice environment, rooms are perfectly fine. Although the staff fulfilled all our requests, based on what we experienced during our trip, they were not among the nicest, which does not mean that I am devaluing them, but the experiences of the past day brought this to light. The food was delicious. Breakfast is self-service and sufficient."
