"Pequeno almoço excelente apesar do serviço ser um pouco desorganizado Quando fiz o checkout esqueci-me de uma coisa no quarto Quando me apercebi passados 2 dias liguei para o hotel e tudo ficou resolvido"

Apesar de o quarto ter sido reservado para 2 pessoas , só estava preparado para uma pessoa Isto aconteceu das 2 vezes que fiquei neste hotel

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

"Lovely spot. Pool and beach fabulous. Our beachfront room was great, comfy beds and room had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, lots of laughs and great service. Restaurant meals and breakfasts were delicious. Spa massage was simply divine! We loved our stay thank you 🤩"

O pequeno-almoço. Deveria ter mais variedade. Repetitivo.

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

Da pouca variedade de certos alimentos nas refeições, como por exemplo fruta, fraco isolamento de luz e som nos quartos e reduzido conforto das camas

"Bem localizado e com uma equipe profissional e dedicada. Limpeza muito boa e as dimensões do quarto também muito boas. Excelente pequeno almoço buffet, repartido por duas salas (atenção a isso :) ). Facilidade de acesso por transportes, mas suficientemente perto para se dar uma volta a pé pelas redondezas."

Nothing. Can’t comment on local restaurants, shops etc as didn’t leave the hotel. I understand there isn’t a supermarket within walking distance but only a few mins in a taxi (we drove past it on way to the marina) and shop on site has a good selection of toiletries .

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

Only issue was the shower, hot and cold temp faulty, water pressure poor.

Mobiliário e decoração um pouco datada, mas o hotel está a fazer remodelação progressiva. Horário do pequeno almoço acaba muito cedo e sala é pequena.

Toalhas à vontade. Vista maravilhosa da ilha do Tahiti. Piscina excelente. O atendimento para passeios pela consierge é excepcional. O pequeno almoço é bom sem ser soberbo. Os restaurantes são razoáveis mas caros, o entrecôte de carne é bom. O Resort está excelentemente bem conservado e tudo muito limpo, apesar de o peso dos anos já se sentir!"

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

"I had a really great stay here; the staff were friendly and helpful, my room was spacious and very comfortable; the breakfast buffet was tasty and varied and the two restaurants served excellent food. Despite the high quality and fact Kempinski is an international premium brand, the room rates and restaurant prices were very reasonable"

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

"A minha estadia foi muito positiva. Gostaria de destacar o Tiago e a Daniela, da recepção, que foram excecionais, sempre muito simpáticos, profissionais e prestativos. Toda a equipa do hotel demonstrou grande atenção e disponibilidade ao longo da estadia. O quarto era grande, confortável e muito agradável. O pequeno-almoço é excelente, com muita variedade e comida de ótima qualidade. Como ponto menos positivo, nota-se algum barulho nos arredores, sendo possível ouvir ruídos exteriores a partir do quarto, sobretudo à noite, devido a festas nas proximidades, o que pode dificultar o descanso. Ainda assim, é um bom hotel, com ótimo serviço e uma equipa que faz a diferença."
