"I's a nice, relaxing place in a beautiful natural setting. A bit above Nioumachoua and with a very nice view over the hills and coast from the room balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they can inform you about possible activities as well. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean, there was an (intact) mosquito net and air con. The breakfast was included and you can order dinner as well, which was delicious."

The door handles tend to fall out and should be repaired. Some ants in the room. Some waiting time for breakfast.

"The staff at the hotel was very friendly. After checking my ID and hotel reservation, he quickly helped me complete the check-in process. The whole thing took about 10 minutes."

There was some water on the bathroom floor, which I guess was caused by a leaking pipe. It did affect the overall experience a bit.

"Very friendly , easy going hotel with good staff and friendly guests! Wonderful large room with access to sun loungers and the small beach and views over the water( Beach front king).Other places accessible by taxi, if rather expensive!"

Main dining area felt rather utiltarian. Food was fine , service friendly. The bingo/ karaoke evening was good fun

"Apesar de ter casa de banho partilhada, a vibe é de hotel - tudo muito limpo e confortável. A vista era linda, é melhor na realidade que nas fotos. Os quartos super confortáveis. Como estava pouca gente alojada naquela altura deixaram-nos o pequeno-almoço feito na noite anterior e foi muito conveniente porque íamos apanhar o ferry cedo. Estava delicioso. Têm atenção ao detalhe."

"Breakfast was great. Location was excellent. Office staff were helpful especially the lady in charge. She was very helpful, efficient and very polite. Her approach was superb. Unfortunately didn't get her name but she is from Lomolomo village ."

"After a busy day of driving from Hokitika, we decided to split our drive to Kaikoura by staying at this hotel for one evening. Upon check-in the young woman clearly explained the restaurant hours, breakfast plan and how to use the outdoor jacuzzi which we definitely utilized for star-gazing later that evening. Since the hotel is literally in the middle of mountains and valleys and rivers, the views from the hotel/restaurant/villa were fantastic. We spent a few hours star-gazing the Milky Way which is our passion and one of the objectives for staying here for the evening. Given the hotel's location, the restaurant menu was quite limited which is a shame but understood given its remoteness. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for those considering....."

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

"A személyzet, mind a recepción, mind az étteremben nagyon nagyon kedves, segítőkèsz, barátságos volt. A hotel csodálatosan szép helyen van, a kertben játszótér, teniszpálya, röplabdapálya is megtalálható. A szobák nagyon tiszták, elegánsak, jól felszereltek. Az ételek isteniek, bőségesek, változatosak. Minden fantasztikus volt."

"This was a nicely designed hotel, with spacious rooms. Conveniently located for Yala safari pickups. There was even a peacock to greet us every morning outside our balcony!"

Though the room was mostly clean, there were some stains on our sheets. The friendly staff quickly rectified this. When we had to leave early for our safari, there was no staff available on site to unlock the gate and we had to do a real life jailbreak from the hotel! Also the water is reliant on solar so you may have to have a cold shower on a cloudy/rainy day.

"Muito bem localizado, o quarto é ótimo, a integração com o SPA é excelente e o restaurante faz pratos muito saborosos."

No pequeno almoço, poucas frutas, tinham dias que não tinha nenhuma e o que mais me decepcionou foi a falta de pão, só uma opção, pão de forma.

"É muito perto do aeroporto e tem transportes publicos à porta. O quarto era bastante grande e a cama era confortável. Tivemos o quarto limpo e a cama feita na segunda noite."

As almofadas. eram , muito, pouco confortáveis. A água do chuveiro era difícil controlar entre o frio e o quente.

"Es un remanso de paz. Tienen que mejorar un poco la calidad de la comida y el servicio del restaurante. El desayuno puede ser más variado y más temprano. Pero en general todo estuvo muy bien"

El desayuno es muy tarde. Entiendo que debería ser más temprano. Ya que a las 9 es muy tarde y no hay nada cerca para desayunar.

"Hotel maravilhoso! Gostaríamos de ficar mais tempo. Parecia que entramos no hotel dos livros da Agatha Christie. Tudo super limpo e charmoso."

Apesar do hotel ser lindo e chique, achamos que café da manhã foi bem simples. E interessante que em todos os hotéis do Chile que passamos não deixam nos banheiros escova de vaso sanitário.

The location is a bit isolated. Would be nice if there was as strip mall or something in the area to go buy stuff.

"The owner was friendly, the area is safe and amazing service. Felt like home!"

"The rooms were large and clean, the location was very convenient. There was a gas station nearby, so you could buy things at any time. The restaurant downstairs had very tasty meals. Don't forget to try the pizzas! The staff was helpful and friendly. Even though it was close to the highway, you couldn't hear any car noises."
