"A minha estadia foi ótima, Debbie, a gerente do hostel é uma mulher incrível, supor disposta a nos ajudar e dar várias dicas, assim como resolver várias coisas, como quando precisei lavar algumas roupas. A acomodação esta próxima a mercados, lojas e restaurantes podendo todos serem feitos a pé. Me senti bem segura na acomodação como no entorno."

"The views from the house is amazing! The beaches nearby are empty and beautiful, and you got a bit of a local vibe. Food was really good and in general good value for money. Would highly recommend. If you come to surf be aware that there is no good places to rent proper surfboards nearby🏄‍♀️"

"I tried a hostel for the first time and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. I went in a little sceptical, but a close friend strongly recommended this place—and it completely lived up to (and surpassed) my expectations. The property itself is stunning, perfectly located (a walkable radius from most important landmarks), with a rooftop view that’s hard to beat. But what really made the experience was the vibe—there’s such a natural sense of community here that just pulls you in. What I loved and will miss the most were the owners and staff, who are easily some of the warmest, most genuine people I met on this trip. Somehow managed to feel like I’d known them for ages by the time I left. Left with a full heart and would 100% want to stay here again."

The noise from the street is unbelievable. Too much irritating all the time.

Sem casa de banho privada, mas tem várias partilhadas. Poderiam limpar um pouco melhor as áreas comuns, frigoríficos, wc's.

Passei um tempo aqui antes de voltar para o Brasil, e posso dizer que a equipe é super atenciosa e gentil - ali trabalham brasileiros - e faz um ótimo trabalho, em especial o Chico, o Manuel e o Tom, mas todos foram bons. O café da manhã é bom, tem escolha suficiente (inclusive maçã) e bastante espaço para sentar no porão. A cozinha é bem equipada, um forno combi de forno e microondas, chaleira elétrica, muitos pratos e panelas. Quartos bem decorados e acesso 24h"

"Just that the main gate gets locked and you will have to call or knock until you are heard. So don't stay out for long at nights."

"Better than my previous stay here. Surely worth for €23 euro for a night stay. Room was Spacious and Warm. Had good big Bed,Bedside dressing table and chair,Kettle,Water,teabags and cookies and large wardrobe and Large windows."

Room had lingering smoke smell. Would be better if they could look into this and place a room feshner. Suggestion-would be better if you provide small soaps/shampoos for guests along with the towels and tissues.

"O hostel é super bom, tem uma área externa bem grande, que dá super pra aproveitar. O espaço interno também é super amplo, simples porém tem tudo o que você vai precisar. Os funcionários foram super queridos, me ajudaram sempre, estiveram ali interagindo com os hospedes sempre que podiam, me senti muito acolhida. Fiquei no quarto misto, tinha banheiro no quarto com vários chuveiros e toilets. Quando o chuveiro quebrou foi arrumado super prontamente, o que facilitou bastante. A localização também é super boa, fica perto do metro o que facilita ir pra Valparaíso, e da pra ir andando até as praias e pontos turísticos."

Foi tudo muito bom.

"This place is simply fabulous - clean, quiet, cozy, everything works, in a great location near night market, mall, fast food etc, easily reachable by bus, yet, some rooms face forest. It's self check-in, all information is provided timely and clearly, communication is brilliant and any questions promptly answered. One of the best place to stay ever."

There is nothing not to like. But, as you need a code to enter your room, its probably not a good idea to rush to the toilet in the middle of the night, and forgetting phone with the code in the room 😊 (didn't happen, but could 🤣). Love it here...

"Lovely staff, really informative and kind. The hostel Backpackers was clean, comfortable and nice inside and out. Absolutely brilliant location - close to bus stops, Cuba Street, good eateries and has all you could need in the Backpackers. A fully functional kitchen, a lounge where you can chill with your buddies, board games to play, a nice outdoor deck. I also like the fact they had a female only bathroom downstairs. The showers were excellent, too!"

The bedroom I stayed in didn't have a lock that worked on the door, which was a bit concerning. I don't love that.

"Amazing hostel, nice location and there are always a lot of travellers passing by. If you are planning to go to the seven lakes it’s very likely you’ll find other people so you can share a car to the lakes, stay overnight at the guesthouse. The hostel also lets you leave your things if you’re leaving and then come back."
