"Our experience at One96 was exceptional from check-in through to departure. The front desk staff demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness throughout our stay. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, featuring high-quality bedding that provided a restful night's sleep. Bathroom and shower facilities were maintained to a similarly high standard, with strong water pressure and premium amenities. Notably, the view from the room, overlooking both the city and harbour, was impressive—offering dynamic vistas both day and night. The roof terrace provided an excellent setting for relaxation and enjoying the scenery. The property's location is highly convenient, with numerous shops, bars, and dining options within a five-minute walk, as well as close proximity to Central Market and the escalators to the mid-levels. Overall, our stay was outstanding, and I look forward to returning in the future."

"only down side to the room would be the placement of the TV. Is is located in the center of the window, obstructing the full view. I would recommend the TV to be on a bracket to swing out from shelving or in a cabinet that power rise up. The view was what you wanted to see."

"Staff were very friendly. The Hotel’s Housekeeper attention to details was superb. Room was tidy and clean. Instructions given were clear and easy to understand. The washer was a big saver for our trip!"

"Toilet main door was a little hard to push and noisy. Our water dispenser’s water tasted a little funny even though the water has been replenished after housekeeping but we were still able to get water from the lounge."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was massive for only one person and you are very central to the ferry terminals and the main streets as well. With a 5 minute or less walk to 7/11 or supermarkets. Would deffo stay here again . Very cheap as well"

"The fact I could find anything about the $1500 HKD deposit for the one night stay. And the drain in the shower took forever to drain and flooded very quickly but it didn't flood the bathroom."

"No international news channel or even youtube on the television - rather tacky for a high-end hotel and the decor on the one bookcase conssiting of empty boxes with hokey philosophical quotes also was tacky for such a high end place where the staff and amenities and comfort are toop notch. The fact that htere was no restaurant was fine, there are pleany of eateries on the doorstep"
