"Everything! The staff at the clubroom lounge is fantastic! Vicky, Tiffany and Andy were really amazing, offering probably the best service I've ever had. Food and drinks were quite good there too. My room was large, clean and very comfortable, with breathtaking views."

"Loved everything about this facility. We had a stunning view of the harbour from our room 1135 not to mention the view from the lobby itself. The location is everything as we were able to easily access public transport within less than 5min walk either to catch the ferry at the Ferry Terminal, or the train at the Whampoa Station. There were also taxis available right infront of the hotel or uber which was always quick. We only had one issue with the one taxi where he overcharged us by $80HK. We have caught the taxis to the same location multiple times and paid only 1 or 2 dollars differences except for this time. This driver also took us the longer way so we still paid him the $153HK and then file a report online that same night. It was always busy in the lobby with people checking in and out. Will be staying here with the family when we visit HK again😊"

"Beautiful hotel on the Harbour. We loved seeing the many city lights and had magical views over the Harbour. Lovely area around the hotel for a stroll in the evening. The room was spacious also. There is a large buffet restaurant downstairs in the hotel which is reasonably priced with lots of choices. We will be returning when we travel back to Hong Kong 😀"

"I had a problem with my payment. The amount went off twice, because of the network changes we did not get any notification that the amount went off. When we realized the accommodation amount went off twice. We then arranged to get the one amount back from our bank and made an arrangement with the hotel to pay cash in order to get the money back into the account. We did not receive the money back and it was about $9 000. Can somebody please help us to get the money back?"

"We got the room with courtyard view and we could still see the harbour. The room was cleaned nicely and served well everyday."

"The location of the hotel is optimal -- it is "close enough" to pretty much everything yet "far away" that you can enjoy the beautiful sea views without too many distractions. I strongly recommend the "members club" area in floor 20."

"We booked this originally because the hotel has a rooftop pool. Once we got there we were told that the pool area is being renovated and will be opened in May. I'm sure that quite a few people choose this hotel because of the rooftop pool and I think it would have been fair to let us know that it is not in use. We would have chosen a different hotel."
