"absolutely top ', nice and kind is the owner. We were absolutely excited by breakfast - everything was fresh and homemade and we got the stories about all products which were used. "The scenery is peaceful and restful. The loft was impecably clean and cozy. Jean's recommendations on Hue were spot on. On top of that, I really welcomed the experience of being part of the household's routine, it was really nice to be able to share a meal and play with the kids. It's a little bit far from town, but nothing that a Grab can't resolve it. The overall experience makes up for it. I wish Tam Tinh Vien the very best!"

não foi da parte dos anfitriões, mas de outras hóspedes que estiveram no mesmo período que eu. Elas que não tinham o bom senso de respeitar quem estava a dormir e ficavam com as luzes do quarto acesas até muito tarde da noite.

"The room was very cozy and had everything I needed. Good internet. They changed towels, cleaned on request, and brought everything I needed. When I was left alone due to the events in the Middle East, they helped me with everything and provided moral support. I felt right at home in a dacha. The sea is nearby, and there's a diving club and snorkeling facilities. You'll be provided with all the necessary equipment."

"Excellent quiet location for visiting Constantia and the Hout Bay area. Beautiful view towards the sea. Well equipped and very spacious."

We stayed in the main house which has huge windows overlooking the pool so not at all private. There were often workers milling around in front in the morning. Lack of a private outdoor dining area. Shame there's no balcony on the bedroom side overlooking the sea.

"The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The bathroom was old but the hot water worked well. There was a fridge. Overall a decent stay."

The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. It feels a bit out of town but only a short drive away.

You have to get used to the plane's noise. Nothing the property can do about.

"The staff was very friendly, helpful & efficient Lots of good places to eat, supermarket with imported goods & sundry shops all at walking distance There's a mini refrigerator, ironing board & washing machine for such a good price!"

The only drawback was the heater kept switching off & I had to get the staff to turn it on a few times

It's hard to escape noise in this part of the world. There was some very loud music playing at local bars at night. We had to kill a lot of mosquitos

"Great location by the sea and near the harbour. Nice, old-fashioned interior decoration, mirroring the age of some of the buildings. Very friendly staff who let us keep our freezer packs in their freezer. We went kayaking for one night, could leave our car at their parking lot, and when we came back we could use their facilities to get a fresh water shower."

Gostei da simpatia do Bruno que me foi buscar ao aeroporto sempre que precisei e que ajudava com tudo o que lhe pedia - mostrou-me os arredores e levou-me ao centro. As pessoas, a equipa fazem o hotel e isso é que é importante. Sentiamo-nos como família."

De não haver possibilidade de jantar ou de comprar comida no hotel. Acho que pode haver algum trabalho de remodelação interior nos quartos para atualizar.

Access was an initial challenge as this was not automated so you cannot let yourself in and had to wait until someone respond to the telephone! A ringing doorbell at the gate or at the front door would be helpful!
