"Assim que chegamos à propriedade fomos recebidos pelo Syros (responsável), que já se tinha mostrado disponível para estar presente na nossa chegada, apesar de ser 2h antes do check-in. O quarto já estava pronto e deixou-nos logo entrar. Muito simpático e atencioso, ainda nos deu uma lista de sítios e restaurantes a visitar (e os restaurantes recomendados a que fomos eram mesmo mesmo bons!)! O quarto estava impecável, todos os dias faziam uma limpeza e ainda nos substituíram umas toalhas a meio da estadia! A propriedade é bastante acessível a pé e de carro desde o porto de Parikia. Apesar de não estar na linha da frente do mar, basta sair da casa que o mar está no fundo da rua, nem a 1 minuto de distância. Zona muito sossegada e tranquila e também tem bastante estacionamento."

"The host was great. It was raining the day we left and he was waiting with a car outside to take guests to the port so we wouldn't get wet. He also gave us a lot of good recommendations for restaurants, cafes and things to do. The room was spacious and the kitchenette was clean. The view from the room was also nice. The beach is close by."

"Although the room was otherwise clean, there was a dead moth and two dead beatles lying around. The ventilation window didn't have a net so these kinds of insects would be flying in. The bed was otherwise really comfy, but if you are tall it might be a bit too short for you. The shower didn't have a good barrier for the water and therefore the bathroom floor was always wet after a shower."

"My stay at Magginas Studios was made so comfortable, thanks to the help of Spyros ! Upon arrival, he was ready to greet me and kept in touch prior to my stay in order to ensure I arrived safely - he also assisted me with my suitcase up and down the stairs as I arrived and departed. The amenities were also very comfortable and convenient, and super clean. Thank you so much !"

"Extremely clean, good WiFi, big room, useful kitchenette, nice building, early checkin, free luggage storage. Great location one minute walk from beach and restaurants and 12minute walk to town/ferry port/ bus station (buses to airport €2). The best thing is the owner Spyros who has excellent English and is so friendly and helpful - making sure I had the private balcony room I wanted. The cleaner was also very nice. Great option in Paros."

"I'm traveling with my adult daughter and we wanted somewhere quiet and clean, not too far away from town. Magginas Studios was perfect. The owner Spyros was amazing. He was always available for questions, sent us information about great restaurants and made us feel welcome. Literally steps to the beach, but not on the beach, so we had privacy and quiet with easy beach access."

The apartment was clean and cool. Really nice. A wonderful Greek family run establishment. Thank you Spyros and family."
