"The hotel was in a great location, very close to the centre. The room came with an AC that really helped in keeping it comfortable and cozy. The balcony looking out into the street was a sweet treat, and we enjoyed our morning tea at the balcony. Do note that the balcony is shared with the neighbouring guests, so could also be an opportunity to make friends as well :D"

"Just meters from shore with nice views from the balcony. The whole building serves as a hotel, is clean and renovated. Has tv, aircon, tables in the room and on the balcony, chairs, wardrobe, mirrors, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Easy to find, there is just one pink building like this on the foreshore, close to the small "Nikora" supermarket."

Квартира оснащена всем необходимым, а если чего-то не хватало, то всегда можно было обратиться к хозяину (он живёт в доме напротив). Территория дома ограждена, можно поставить машины."

"Отдыхали в августе и поначалу приехав, несколько расстроились - в Уреки в это время полно народу. Идешь до пляжа - толпы людей, достаточно грязно, машины припаркованы друг на друге. Но денек привыкли и перестали это замечать. Сам Дом располагается на краю Уреки, поэтому достаточно спокойно. В доме и на участке - Красивые обеденная, мангальная зоны, зона отдыха на террасе второго этажа. Интерьер подобран со вкусом. Кухня хорошо скомплектована - 2 плиты, 2 раковины, 3 холодильника, шкаф полный посудой."

"I stayed here for 30 days. The location is pretty good. I previously stayed at a location near the old town where I had to walk 2 km to reach a pretty bad supermarket. Here you will find several adequate supermarkets within 1-5 minutes walk. The nearest metro station is 10-15 minutes away. The room is small, as others have remarked, and the maintenance of the bathroom fixtures is not optimal, but you need to consider what is important for you. There is a long narrow space that is good enough for pacing up and down or doing a little workout. The fridge is clean, there is a small counter and the stove is powerful, so you can easily cook simple meals. If cooking is important to you, then this is a better option than most hotels. The air conditioner can keep the small space as cool as you want. The hostess's son drove me to the train station as a favor at the end of my stay, which saved me the trouble of lugging my bags through the metro system."
